Improved internet. Upper condo of a classic Costarican Villa, in a safe gated community in the heart of the rainforest with 6 other villas. This is the place to be if you want to walk EVERYWHERE! Great ocean view, full AC, and a quiet very safe area. There are several restaurants (including Agua Azul and Emilio's) within 2 minutes walking, a supermarket, and the most famous coffee houses too! A bus stop is 100 yards away if you wanted to Visit Manuel Antonio park (3 min ride to park, $1 bus passes every 20 minutes). You can also walk to Manuel Antonio in about 20 minutes and see tons of Monkeys, Sloths, Macaws and maybe a toucan!

At the beach you can look for sloths, lizards, parrots, & more. The pools are amazing! The condo is located 19 miles from Jaco & 21 miles from beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park. This special place is a short walk to the main grocery, bus stop and the downtown Manuel Antonio area, making it easy to access restaurants and stores. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms on the upper level have AC and the 4th on the lower does not. The beach is a short drive about 1 mile depending on what one you choose. There is secured parking for 2 cars and a beautiful garden for relaxing. We have monkeys, birds and other animals visit daily.
