This home is located a few kilometers from the most beautiful detours of the Côtes d'Armor (Bréhat, Pink Granite Coasts, Roche Jagu, Paimpol...). Our place is a former farm outbuilding converted into a studio. The one-hectare landscaped garden welcomes you. We are located next to Pontrieux, a small town of character and Paimpol, a small fishing and boating port. Ideally located to visit more than 100 kilometers of coastline from Binic via the island of Bréhat to Perros-Guirec, all these points can be visited by driving a minimum of 30 minutes on average.

Charming Breton house completely renovated in 2021, located in the village of Pouldouran, a small port nestled at the bottom of the Bizien estuary. The house is ideally located to enjoy the calm, the suspended terrace above the river is a plus. Many hiking trails are 2 steps from the house and you can enjoy the coast near Paimpol, Brehat Island, the Talbert furrow, Tréguier and the pink granite coast.

The "Le Relais de La Poterie" cottage is a stone house dating from the 17th century. It has just been renovated and can now accommodate a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 guests. It has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a 1200 m² lawn located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends.
