We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

A compact studio space is presented with a double bed, accompanied by neatly arranged linens. A kitchenette features electric appliances, including a microwave and fridge. A workspace is prepared with a desk and a chair. Storage is available in a white wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom.

The place is very close to the City,public transport and family-friendly activities. Great central location with an easy walk to City, SouthBank Parklands, Brisbane river, Cultural Centre, museums and galleries. This studio is located in a secure, well maintained complex. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Although clearly not brand new or in the luxury category, this clean and tidy self contained studio apartment is comfortable and stylishly furnished.
