Beautiful house in a great location

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful property! Emelie and Hugh have styled this home so elegantly. It is a very calm space perfect for a relaxing break. The yard was even bigger than expected which was perfect for our dog, and the yard was very safe and secure. We look forward to returning!

This was my second stay in this very homely, family and pet friendly house. I appreciated the breakfast supplies and flexible booking in and out times. The heaters and lights had been turned on prior to my arrival and made for a very warm welcome. A 5 minute walk to the waterfront is a major attraction.

We were four adults and had a comfortable stay here. the coffee machine was a pleasant surprise! just a note that the single-bedroom area only has a curtain dividing it from the walkway where others will need to go to use the bathroom & shower. the host was very responsive and helpful and it was about a 25min walk from the town centre

Stayed at Sarah’s place for a last minute weekend getaway and had everything we needed & more. Exactly as described, so clean, comfortable and in the perfect position between Qcliff and PtL. Would definitely recommend Sarah’s place, and we will be returning! Thanks Sarah.

Swan View was an amazing place to stay, we enjoyed the beautiful view, the peacefulness and all the comforts of home, plus more! Everything you could possible need is provided in the house, including a very generously stocked pantry. We were so happy with the quality of the mattrasses and the thick fluffy towels, it was lovely to be so spoilt and looked after. We checked in on a very hot day, but we arrived to find the air-conditioning turned on for us. Brad is very thoughtful and accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our questions were answered promptly, and he has great knowledge of the area. Thank you so much Brad! We will be back.

Excellent cottage in a great location. Super helpful host going above & beyond. Wintry weekend outside but the cottage was cozy & warm. Great place to stay!

We all enjoyed our stay at Maria’s cottage, it had a great ambiance and felt like a home from home. Very close to everything and so easy to find. Would recommend to friends and we would all be happy to stay again. Regards Elizabeth

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. The property was immaculate and the description was absolutely accurate. Local shops a short 10 minute drive away to Rye. Would gladly book again. Steve & Amelia…

Kate and Evan have a BEAUTIFUL property. They were extremely helpful and friendly upon checking in. The cottage we stayed in was beautiful, peaceful and felt very warm and homey. We enjoyed walking around the property and seeing the animals and gardens. Most importantly the stay was dog friendly for our two golden retrievers. Their friendly Labrador Cesar was a great host and greeted us, showed us around the property and kept the Goldie’s good company. Highly recommend a stay at SoHo Estate!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean and well-presented everything was. Every detail has been carefully thought through, from the amenities to the lovely little touches around the home that made our stay extra special. It was the perfect winter escape for our family, cosying up by the fireplace was a highlight. The communication with Sarah was seamless, friendly and responsive. We’re already dreaming about another visit in summer so we can make the most of the pool and outdoor areas. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly, an absolute gem!

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bantry Bay. Beautifully decorated, so many special touches, everything worked, the dog felt at home straight away as did we. Trudi was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end - top notch hosts!!! Cannot wait to get back. Thank you so much Trudi and Ben you have the most stunning little piece of paradise in Rye and we thank you so much for letting us enjoy our stay this past weekend.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was perfect for our group — spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. Located in a quiet pocket, it offered a peaceful retreat while still being just a short walk to everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

An ultimate home away from home… Corey had thought of everything… it was so nice to just bring ourselves and personal belongings! Everything else was supplied. Beds were very comfy and the spa was a great way to unwind. Plenty of games supplied to keep us and the kids occupied when it was raining. Close to shops and beach which was great too. Corey was also available to answer any questions we had throughout the weekend. We would highly recommend staying here ..a perfect getaway!

Kate is fantastic to deal with, this is an ideal location for us when we attend Queenscliff rod run loads of off street parking, Kate spoilt us with special treats to celebrate our 5th year of staying. There is always some new upgrades that make the stay even better than before.

We had a very special stay at Julie’s place in Queenscliff. We were one block away from the main strip of Hesse St but we felt right at home with plenty of room. It was lovely to sit outside on the porch in the sunshine, we had lovely restaurant recommendations and were so grateful we could bring our very elderly long-haired dachshund with us. Queenscliff is a special place but staying here made It feel even more special. Would love to come back for longer!

Thanks Cat for an amazing visit! Walked into a beautiful, well-appointed home that looked just like the photos. The home was comfortable and spacious, accommodating 2 families. In a great location in a new estate and a quick drive to all the activities we had planned. Cat was a great host who was super responsive and even messaged while away on holiday herself for tips and tricks to get the best out of the house. Cannot recommend this home and host highly enough, would definitely stay again.

This is a basic but comfortable old-school holiday house. A lived-in home rather than a sterile and generic serviced apartment, and refreshingly free of wifi which meant the kids weren't glued to their screens the whole time. Great quiet location, but only a short walk to the beach. Excellent communication too, very easy and prompt responses. We'd be happy to stay there again.
