There is a television on each level and a Sonos sound system throughout.

The coastal path, Gordon's bay and Clovelly are a mere handful of steps away. The studio is located on the bottom floor of an apartment block. It has its own separate private entrance. The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

Woollahra is a leafy suburb next to Bondi Junction, and part of inner Sydney. Railway and Bus Depots, 100's of shops, restaurants and Westfield Ceare only a few minutes walk. Beaches are close. There's so much around us, many beaches, our glittering harbour, the city and so many parks and beautiful walks
