And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.

Relax and unwind with our beautiful river view from the living room window or hammock. Pets are welcome! We are conveniently located 5 minutes from the Saint John Regional Hospital, Rockwood Park Golf Course, Rockwood Park bike trails and easy access to the Kingston Peninsula ferry. Along with the convenience of local amenities, we are a 10 minute walk to nearby beaches.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Located just outside of St Martins and the Fundy Trail Parkway, you’ll find everything you need with us after a day spent hiking, riding ATV trails, floating in the lake and exploring the Fundy Coast. Newly renovated with modern amenities and cozy touches, this is the perfect place to relax away from it all!

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.
