Definitely worth staying. Great location, walkable distance to so many activities, restaurants and even a small convenience store. Room was perfect and just as described. Very open about the possibility of noise so I brought ear plugs just in case but never needed them. We stayed in room 5 and it was just perfect. Host was very responsive and provided precise instructions on the check in and checkout process and the price for the room was very reasonable. Their restaurant also has great food and a variety of well put together cocktails including a rooftop bar overlooking the water.

This place was great! Perfect location for a night on Vieques. Within walking distance of all the best restaurants and tour meeting points for the bio bay! The beds were comfortable and the space fit our group of 5 with space for more. She also provided beach chairs and a cooler for longer stays and beach days! I’ve stayed in several places on the island and this is one of the best. 10/10 recommend and would stay there again!

The accommodations were excellent. The view was amazing. The sound of the ocean made us sleep peacefully. The neighbor lady, Bonnie makes rum cakes that were really good. We bought (4) from her to take home. Bonnie’s dog, Popeto, greeted us everyday. He actually hugged me. We would recommend staying there to our closes friends. It was perfect. Thanks, Madonna and Rob….Newly Weds

Everything was great. The house was less than 10 minute walk from the beach. I will stay again next time I visit.

Great location (about 10 min walk to nearest beach and the town), we were able to fit 4 with an air mattress.

A distant small island is visible in the turquoise waters, surrounded by varying shades of blue sea. Boats are anchored nearby, and the sky above is mostly clear with a few clouds.

all the beaches on Vieques are public, and each is beautiful in its own way. we drove to a different beach every day and the last one, Sun Bay, was our favorite. Cielo Mar is on a small cliff overlooking rocky surf (which is amazingly beautiful) but the best beaches for swimming walking, or sitting under a palm tree, are a short walk or drive from here. The good news is, NO DEVELOPERS ALLOWED. we didnt see a single condo building or beach house from any of the public beaches. they are un-improved and unspoiled but easy to access and almost uninhabited. we'll be back soon to Vieques and we will stay at Cielo Mar!
