Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Quảng Nam

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

Me and my girlfriend stayed for a few days and we enjoyed it and when we asked for more towels we got them :) Only thing that we missed was soap for the drycleaner

Definitely a great place to stay. I've enjoyed every single day there, and Annie and her sister was amazing. They even contacted me after I was checked out, because I forgot some pants and money there. Both super friendly and helpful 🙏

They did their best to support me, and I asked for additional things that I needed, and they did it right away~~I'll come back next time

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this place. It was very convenient to have a large table, two chairs, and an additional countertop along the wall where I could also sit and work on my laptop. At first, I was a little surprised that the shower and toilet were not in separate rooms, which caused some humidity from the shower to go directly into the main room. But overall, it’s a good accommodation option for a short stay.

Vu was mint with communicating as we were running a little bit late but he didn’t hesitate to let me know it was a problem. The fridge was stocked up with water, coke and some beers!! Everything that was listed was correct. However I believe a little air con in the living room/ kitchen wouldn’t go amiss in these summer times. This does not take away how nice and comfortable the place was!! 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Vu🤝🤝

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

I was satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and facilities of the accommodation. It's nice to be able to buy all the necessary items comfortably at the big mart right in front of you.

We had a great stay at Thuong’s place. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Thuong could not have been more helpful and professional, going out of her way to assist. The neighbourhood has plenty to offer: beach, local cafes, mini marts and early morning markets and is a nice contrast to the intensity of the old town. The old town is just 10 minutes by Grab, if you are booking a car, it’s easier to do it from the next street up, the main street with shops etc because drivers can have difficulty getting down the narrow riverfront road. It’s not impossible and some did amazingly but it’s easier to walk one minute and book from there. Thank you Thuong for all your help, suggestions and availability. It was really lovely to meet you!!

I had a good time. Even though there was construction nearby, it was soundproofed, so it wasn't noisy.

Lovely private villa in a quieter area of An Bàng. Large bedrooms and bathrooms which are all independent of each other across 3 open floors. Freshly cooked breakfast every day. Nice pool and shady large garden. Whilst direct beach access isn’t available you only need to walk 5 mins in either direction to reach a quiet area of beach. Location is convenient for a few local restaurants, coffee shops (great one next door) and spas. We enjoyed massages daily across the road with the lovely ladies of mango spa and made friends with the lady running the “mini mini mart” (also across the road) for cold drinks. The area is all pretty laid back and chilled, a little ramshackle but that’s its charm. The busier area of An Bàng is 5 mins drive or a bit of a walk. Hoi An is a 10-15 minute taxi ride away (use Grab to book) - about £2.75 each way. Team at the villa were friendly and hard working, cooking breakfast, servicing rooms tending garden/pool or organising mopeds. Would love to stay again

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
