Vacation rentals with a pool in Quảng Nam

It was so nice to be able to communicate in Korean, and I was touched by the quick response. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they took care of my luggage, so I was able to eat comfortably nearby. The swimming pool is the right size to play with children, and it is equipped with a washer and dryer, so you can wash your clothes, and there are many local restaurants and cafes a little further away. It's an alley that takes less than 5 minutes on foot, so it wasn't noisy and it was so nice. I would like to stay at this villa again the next time I visit Da Nang. I took a walk at night and went to My Khe Beach. We were so happy to be able to spend our family's pleasant trip to Da Nang with your villa.

Beautiful house, very spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool was a huge plus! The only downside was the water not working inside the bathroom of the rooms, but that was solved quickly once I messaged the host. Place is close to the main ancient town and all those attractions.

This place is so awesome to chill out inside home as well as at the nearby beach. Tham was very responsive and on top of anything you will ask. We really liked the handmade breakfast with fresh juices, it was so awesome, I would suggest anyone who is going should try it.

The host was friendly, the accommodation was clean and pleasant. Thanks to you, I'm leaving with only good memories from the trip. The kindness of the host improved the quality of the trip. If I come back to travel, I will keep this place in mind first.

Great family vacation sanctuary. Large living room, high ceilings, natural light and nice garden. Pool great for kids. Friendly and peaceful neighborhood. Responsive and kind hosts. Cleaning options available which is nice for a long stay. All the necessary kitchen amenities available.

We were early so Daisy met us at the house and let us leave our luggage there while we went out to lunch. It’s a nice big space and you have it all to yourself with pool and roof terrace. Daisy answered questions in a timely manor, she sorted out ride to the airport and even gave us lovely treats for the trip. Wonderful experience, highly recommended.

We have just had a wonderful 8 day stay at Banyan Ocean Villa. Everything worked seamlessly, from booking, to airport pickup - and from the moment we arrived at the villa we were treated like royalty by Yen and the team. Nothing was too much trouble - breakfast everyday was wonderful, and the team were always available to offer local suggestions or advice. Communication with Jules and Matt was great as well, with them proactively offering suggestions and regularly checking in with us, which was appreciated. The location is wonderful - literally 30 seconds from the beach and being in An Bang rather than Hoi An was fab as a lot quieter (and still great restaurants) - but close enough to Grab into Hoi An. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to go back one day - was a wonderful holiday.

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

The host was simply amazing! He was very responsive and communicated well with us and got back to us on all our enquiries. He took time to also address any of our concerns and questions. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! Just a 10-15mins walk to old town!! Highly recommended!!

Tran’s home was our perfect getaway. The home was flawlessly clean with everything we needed to cook some meals and wash our laundry. We felt so comfortable and at peace. Tran was very responsive to any questions and provided great local recommendations. As a bonus, we were able to watch the Da Nang Fireworks Festival from the rooftop. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.

I've been doing well with my family since last year until this year. I was very satisfied with the quick response and kindness.

Spacious apartment and 2 double beds. It was a space where 6 people could sleep, even on the low mattresses. 2 bathrooms Toilet 4th floor shared pool. There is a market nearby. The host's kindness is also very good. The restaurant recommendations and responses are fast. I intend to revisit
