Nach so vielen Jahren auf Airbnb kann ich sagen: Das war wahrscheinlich die schönste Unterkunft, in der ich je war. Liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einem durchdachten Lichtkonzept und einem sehr bequemen Bett. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend, die Dachterrasse ein perfekter Ort zum Verweilen. Alles war sauber, alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei, und das Wifi war schnell und stabil. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wirkt authentisch vietnamesisch - kaum Touristen, dafür nette Cafés und ein Markt gleich in der Nähe. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

I like the host, very nice person. great apartment, top European level of appliances and comforts. powerful AC. Away from.all the noise. I would stay here again.

My partner and I had a great stay at Thanhs airbnb. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Functioning AC and dehumidifier too. Location was good, lots of convenience stores and a big supermarket 10 min walk away. It’s in the heart of the Japanese district with lots of Japanese food around if that’s what you’re wanting. Amenities wise it is pretty bare. At first Thanh provided 2 body towels, 1 toilet paper roll, shampoo and body wash, and that’s it. When we asked for other basics like hand wash, hand towels, dish towel and dish soap (for the kitchen), he then provided them after a few hours which was greatly appreciated but should have been there already. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs before and they have always had basics like spices, oils, extra TP, drying rack, cleaning supplies, etc but this wasn’t provided. It was fine for us for a few days, we only cooked one meal, but we certainly missed the basic household items.

5-star Stay — Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at this lovely studio. The space is full of natural light, spacious, and incredibly well-located — perfect for exploring the city but still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Everything was sparkling clean, and I want to give a special thank you to Linh, the cleaner, for doing such an amazing job. It really made a difference walking into such a fresh and spotless space. The host was kind and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! Truly a gem of a find! Huong was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her stay was exactly as described. Spotless, comfortable, homey, and that view in the morning (especially) at night, is breathtaking! Would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Hanoi anytime soon!

The apartment location in Tay Ho area is really good because you have lots of restaurants around, supermarkets…. The apartment was nice and clean. Linh (the host) was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!

Appartement impeccable, très propre et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, chaleureux et toujours aux petits soins. La communication a été fluide et la réactivité exceptionnelle du début à la fin du séjour. Un vrai coup de cœur, je recommande sans hésiter !
