There are only 150 meters to the nearest shopping opportunity, and most can be reached on foot. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with the option of an extra bed. In addition, there is both a double air mattress and a comfortable sofa, which makes the home flexible in relation to the number of guests.

The villa worthy of preservation is from the colonial era and is located on Teleøen with a fantastic view of Paaraarsuk, the sea and the town's landmark Nasaasaaq / Kællingehætten. The villa is located on the mountain a few meters from the water and is on two floors. For the villa there is an enclosed garden for free use.
