Very nice, very central apartment close to the pedestrian streets and a 10-minute walk from the Grande Plage. Parking in a garage 10 min walk. The apartment is very nice, you feel good there, really. Very well-equipped. The 3 bedrooms are spacious. The stay is good too. There is only one bathroom but it is also large and the toilets are separate. Especially the best of the best is this beautiful large terrace with this large table. It's good there (when the weather is nice). Good exchanges with Sophie and the ladies who manage on site. A beautiful place, you won't regret it.

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well appointed and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is good sized and nice when it's hot. Very nice accommodation (clean, well-equipped) and ideally located for walking to the beach. Easy parking space to park in the residence. Very well furnished outdoor balcony. Cyril was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time and recommend this place.

Céline was a very welcoming host, beyond her welcome, the accommodation is very functional and has everything you need in terms of cooking utensils or cleaning (dishwasher, sponge, vacuum cleaner, clothesline, etc.), the accommodation seems suitable for weekends but also longer stays, the view from the accommodation is very nice and pleasant, in addition the location allows you to do everything on foot since the beach is a 10 minute walk and there is everything you need (bars, restaurants, shops, bookstores, tobacco...) a great stay in Socoa!!

pleasant stay, at a time of year that is not yet overcrowded, which allows you to live in peace. On the other hand: elevator breakdowns, when you have reduced mobility, are annoying!

Impeccable accommodation, directly in front of the bay, possibility of walking or cycling and very good restaurants nearby. Another tenant had a problem and we contacted Jeff by email, response within 5 minutes and problem solved.

Beautiful house, nice bathrooms, great kitchen. House in a calm neighborhood. The beach is maybe just a bit too far to quickly get there on foot, but if you have a car it’s no problem.

We had a great stay at Axel‘s house in Bidart. Plenty to do within walking distance, including an incredible beach with surfing as well. Nice patisserie located right down the street. The house itself is really cool and more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Loved the indoor/outdoor bar and outdoor shower. Finally, Axel was a great host!

We had a lovely stay at Sharon and Joop's home. The latter is well thought out, accessible, pleasant and you feel good there. Being able to park next to the accommodations is a real advantage. We really enjoyed this place which is very well maintained, very clean inside and outside the accommodation. The welcome was very nice from the hosts, always concerned about the well-being of the tenants. The explanations are clear. We recommend a visit to Sharon and Joop without worries.

Extremely well located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, a few beachfront bars nearby. Center easily accessible by car. The accommodation is very clean, functional and quiet (despite the proximity to the campsite). Small downside with unsecured staircase (accommodation on the first floor) and 2 windows in the bedroom without shutters that required a little adaptation with a walking baby. Very good communication with Paul. We'll be happy to go back.

We booked the accommodation for a weekend with friends. We were all very happy with the accommodation and amenities offered. Communication with the owners was smooth because they are very responsive. We strongly recommend ☺️

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is large, clean and well-equipped. The shaded terrace is a real plus. The hosts are available and the instructions are very clear. Regarding the residence, nothing to say either. Good location near the ocean, lots of restaurants and underground parking available. I'll go back without hesitation, thank you.

Very nice apartment in a very good location. A few minutes' walk from the center. The sea view is stunning!! The only downside is parking. It's a little complicated to find a place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gemma's place. the location is perfect, so close to Spain. She is a great host, explaining everything clearly and well in advance, and checked in to see if all was well. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and has everything that is needed, while being uncluttered. Super place to relax. she gave excellent recommendations for eg bike rental, etc.. We will definitely be back!
