Completely renovated "chalet spirit", very functional apartment T2 mansard, located in the residence "Les Gentianes" in Bolquère/ Pyrenees 2000, at the foot of the ski slopes (50 m) and hiking trails. Its proximity to the start of the slopes, the ski school, all the entertainment, the children's play park and shops is appreciated. On the 4th floor, rooftop, with an elevator. Secure ski locker on the ground floor and large parking (not private) at the foot of the residence.

This is an apartment less than 100 meters from the slopes and about ten meters from the forest giving access to multiple hiking trails.
