The place is cozy, clean, comfortable and has everything you need to cook, television and if it's cold there are heaters everywhere, television for entertainment and the buses and trains pass outside, great view, I would stay in the place again, highly recommended

Anny's service was a luxury. Attentive, helpful and with that level of kindness that makes you feel at home from the first minute. He greeted us with the heating on and some logs ready, as if to say: "Don't worry, you'll be fine here." Although we were only there for one day, he was always making sure that we had everything we needed (even the warmth!). In addition, he let us in much earlier than the scheduled time... which is greatly appreciated. The house: huge, comfortable and with plenty of space. Ideal for relaxing, taking a thousand photos and forgetting the world for a while. We would definitely come back!

We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, was very accommodating. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he arranged for someone to come and help us, a 7! We were able to go down to the lake for a walk, and the view was just wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it completely. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

i host my elderly aunt, the apartment located right outside the elevator, I would only recommend a grip bar in the shower for the elderly but it is not limiting

We arrived at the accommodation on a rainy day and from the 0 minute they were super friendly and attentive, both Florence and Laura. The apartment is divine, has a beautiful view and is well equipped. There is flexibility for both check-in and check-out times. The only thing to take into account is the climb up to the apartment, which will be 200m but is also not so steep. We felt at home. We would definitely stay again!
