House vacation rentals in Putnam County

This experience delivered everything we could ask for and more. If you have a family and want to enjoy the area with a great home for downtime, this is the one. Andrea has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy.

We were absolutely blown away by the cleanliness of the home, all of the extra supplies included and the jacuzzi, swim spa and kayaks! We didn’t have to leave the home at all (although did venture to Cookeville several times). Most of the memories were made without having to leave the property. The boat launch right across the street made kayaking very easy. A great place for families as something for everyone to do. The correspondence with the hosts was quick and they were very helpful and super friendly. We 100% recommend this place!

This is our second time renting from Anna and Kate. Their homes are always very nice and very comfortable. They are easy to work with and quick to respond. I would stay again in one of their properties!

We had a very comfortable stay at Anna’s home. Keyless entry made check in easy. Anna was easy to reach with small questions and the beds were very comfortable.

This is our second time to stay at this property. Once for our son’s graduation from Tennessee Tech and this past time for his wedding. We also rented their other property around the corner. Both properties are perfect for a little get away!

Anna's place was EXACTLY as pictured with plenty of space for our six adults. We loved how close it was to TN Tech, and the community's amenities - pool, corn hole, and outdoor seating area with TV. This house also has beautiful views of the golf course !

Michele’s place was awesome. We stayed here while working in town. It was convenient for a lot of those around. Used the grill a lot so that was awesome addition. We had a wonderful stay!

The Ridge is absolutely beautiful! The views are breathtaking and the home is just lovely. We enjoyed the serene location and all the amenities Holly’s place had to offer. Lots of entertainment for adults and kids in the game room. Highly recommend!

This is a nice spot — peaceful and pleasant. The house is very nicely appointed. Everything is new or nearly new. The furnishings are simple but comfortable. It’s within easy driving distance to Cookeville. Sadie was super responsive and friendly and flexible. Would recommend!

The Evergreen lodge was a wonderful stay for our group that went on a hiking trip. All the amenities listed were there plus more! Everything you could need was there. Very responsive and helpful with instructions as well. Beautiful views with a peaceful environment.

Awesome place over looking CHL. We were here for my daughters wedding at Chestnut Falls. It's location was everything I needed with it being 5 miles away. The accommodations for multifamily/ friends was perfect!!! Thank you for everything!

Great house. It was spacious and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful weekend with family. We never could figure out how to get ice from the ice maker. Loved the fire pit and upper and lower patio.

Wonderful stay w family for Grandson's Graduation was Perfect, Beautiful view house was Great easy instructions easy checking out very private, Center Hill Lake is gorgeous lake two town East & West of you w pretty much anything You need Ashley I wonderful Host, she worked with Me when I messed up on the dates very Thankful for that

The stay here was great! The view in the backyard is beautiful, and there's a lot of activities at the house, like barbecuing, board games, and the hot tub.

Scott is BEYOND attentive, available, and responsive when it comes to his guests! This property is spacious and in the perfect location—especially if you’re visiting Tennessee Tech, love great restaurants, and would like to do some shopping. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend!

This place is AMAZING! It’s a one of a kind retreat in the woods. If you want a peaceful place to stay this is the one! Beautiful home and loved everything about it!

Beautiful location with a great view..!! Everything was great but could've used a few more trash bags and a few dish towels. Easy for us to fix, but would've been nice to have on hand. Thanks again..! Will hopefully be back again next April.

It was absolutely perfect! So peaceful and quiet, just what we needed while we were there. House was big enough to accommodate us, 3 adults while we were in town for work. Everything was clean, pictures on the site so not so it justice. We cannot wait to come back when work brings us back this way again.

From start to finish Alexa was so helpful, friendly and walked us through everything. The cozy cottage was so adorable and looked just like the pictures. I would definitely book again when I go back to Cookeville, TN.

This place is a GEM! It was beautiful and you walk in feeling at home. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you could need during your stay including a Keurig station. Ready for preparing indoor meals or you can choose to grill with plenty of room on their very large deck. The host even took the time to list the many things to do in the area and posted it on the refrigerator. This home was perfect for our family to relax and unwind. Great to enjoy the peaceful front porch or the backyard deck overlooking the creek. Our 3 year old grandson loved watching the birds as he ran around the deck and catching fireflies in the front yard. From start to finish it was easy, great stay and we would highly recommend choosing this home!!!

We have stayed here twice and will stay here again when we travel to the area. Home is exactly as pictured. Very peaceful. You’ll understand this if you’ve stayed in numerous Air BnB’s…I really appreciated that there were plenty of towels and they were all in great condition. If you’re considering booking this home, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.
