Steps to Lanikai Beach - Tree House - Since 1985!

KristinaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had such an amazing stay here! The location is amazing…just a short walk to the beach, which made it super easy to catch sunrise walks and sunset dips. The area felt peaceful and safe, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They gave great local tips, respected our privacy, and made sure we had everything we needed. It really felt like staying with friends. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a laid-back, beachy spot with warm, genuine hosts.

Country Escape with AC + Smart TV + Big Bath

LauraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We enjoyed our stay here! It was a great place to stay and explore the island. The place was very clean, comfortable, and was as advertised. It is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a street that is close to the beach and about 10 minutes from Polynesian Cultural Center. Easy to access and the location is great to explore the windward side of the island. The beach chairs and stuff were nice to use. I read earlier reviews that mentioned the noisy roosters. There are roosters that crow in the morning but with the window a/c on, we didn't hear them during the night at all. We also didn't hear the family much at all, but we were out exploring during the day. It was a great place to stay!
The exterior of a white house with a blue gabled roof is shown, surrounded by lush green plants and sandy ground. Large windows allow natural light to fill the interior. In the background, another house is visible, and a clear blue sky complements the scene.

Spacious Unique Open Beam Cedar Roof Bedroom

This was my second stay at Antonette place. I will continue to stay at this place because its easy to find and you can walk from the place down to a gorgeous beach to watch the sunset or the sunrise. Close to several beaches, grocery store, and close to BYU Hawaii. The parking is very easy to navigate. Antonette is very friendly. I would highly recommend staying with her. I plan on coming and staying at this place again.

North Shore Den Walk to beach

KallieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Tony’s place was an absolute dream. So close to the beach, great places to eat and things to do surrounding. Having access to the outdoor kitchen was so helpful, and the room was perfect for myself and my friend. Everything provided was exactly what we needed, and Tony was always very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to O’ahu, and would love to return when we visit again.

Aloha Suite

AldosRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Aloha Suite is a pleasant, comfortable, well-maintained, and secluded apartment within a quiet suburb-like area close to the Kailua town center. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai and appreciated the thoughtful provision of beach-going materials. The kitchen is nicely equipped for simple meals for two. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance or a 2–3-minute drive. Noise from the construction equipment and dogs was minimal and did not detract from our enjoyment of the setting. We were comfortable without air conditioning but were out during the day when the apartment gets quite warm. Considering the apartment’s amenities, it was a very good value for the rental rate. Gabriele's list of environmental concerns was familiar. For perspective on government responses, check the Hawaii DBEBT, DES and Water Supply Board websites. Books in the apartment show you that battles over resources pre-date Europeans. Nowadays the solutions are not so brutal.

Beautiful place that is just steps from Waikiki beach, Kalakaua Ave, restaurants, shopping and everything else. Easy in and out access by car to major avenues and freeway. Make your reservation early so there is time to request a unit in upper floor with ocean views. Everything is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Anna is a very attentive and responsive host. This place is hard to beat.

We had an amazing time and will forever have happy memories of our stay. The beach is within walking distance and is truly breathtaking. There are some nice walking trails and it's a pleasant neighborhood. The guest house was clean and had updated appliances and fixtures. The mattress was so comfortable and we slept great. They provide extra items such as beach chairs, a boogie board, and beach towels to make your transition to island life very smooth. We loved having the food trucks so close by. We did not do any cooking but appreciated the kitchen supplies that were available and nice sized refrigerator. We would stay here again if we should be so lucky to have another Hawaiian vacation!

Gem btwn Mountain & Ocean - Minitues to Beach

ShalynRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a great stay at Annie’s. She was incredibly responsive, making sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. The unit was spotless and had great views. I think out of all the lots in that neighborhood, this house has the best view! There’s a beautiful mountain behind the house and a partial view of the ocean when you walk out the door. Annie also provided umbrellas, beach chairs, etc., which was really nice. The community is gated and is very quiet and safe. For people very sensitive to noises, it might be helpful to know that the walls are somewhat thin so we could hear the family renting the main house walking on the floor above us and when they laughed loudly. Steam from the shower also sets off the smoke alarm very easily. Annie warned us about this and we opened windows/made sure all the steam (we thought) was gone and we still set the alarm off. It didn’t bother us, but something to be aware of if you are super sensitive to noises. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!!
