House vacation rentals in Puntas

Our family of 7 had a wonderful vacation. The beaches were close and we used the beach gear available, including one surf board, and we were able to rent additional ones at a local surf shop. I would recommend bringing hammocks for the beach and water shoes, as there can be urchins on the rocks. Overall our stay was great, and our host was very accommodating, and the beds were comfortable.

We loved our stay at Kasa Kamias. A short (downhill) walk to one of Rincon’s best beaches but high enough on the hill to enjoy ocean views for days! The house was pristine and the private pool was an incredible vibe for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We would stay here again!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the Airbnb! It was so amazing! The location could not be better. Four minute walk to steps beach. Snorkeling, beautiful nature, adorable donkey’s. It was just amazing! The cabin and pool were great. Rachael was an amazing host. She took great care of us. We grilled out and enjoyed the amazing ocean view and sunset. I would love to stay here again. Five star!!!!! Thank you Rachael for being an amazing host🥰

Truly a wonderful place for our large group. We loved it. It was spacious with enough room for everyone to have alone time. Everything was as stated and more. If life permits, we would love to come back and stay longer!

This villa exceeded our expectations. The photos are lovely but it’s even better in person. The 180 degree water view is spectacular. The home is full of original artwork. The villa is in puntas which is my favorite neighborhood in Rincon. It’s close to great restaurants and beaches…literally a 3 minute drive. Some rentals have “splash pools” which just don’t work for us. This villa has a lovely pool that is big enough to float and play in. Big plus for us. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the host and owner. They are such genuine, kind people. They were very responsive with our requests/questions/recomendations. Upon arrival, the kitchen was stocked with water, wine, a huge fruit basket and beautiful exotic flowers. Don’t hesitate to rent this villa. I look forward to returning with my family.

Amazing location! Beds could be updated but we adjusted and had an amazing time! Carlos is fantastic and communication was excellent! Well stocked kitchen(pots pans, spices etc) bbq, and overall we didn’t want to leave! Thank you Carlos !

Very nice place for 6 adults. Huge living room and king size beds. Just a few minute drive to Rincón restaurants and beaches.

What a great place to stay. It was just as described. The view and location to the beach was amazing. The boogie board and beach equipment was a nice touch. We had some ac issues upon check in, but Christopher was quick to respond and the issue was resolved quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

This villa is absolutely spectacular A to Z, no details were spared. We felt right at home with an amazing host, and thoroughly enjoyed the property so much we felt we never had to leave. The pool, hot tub and rooftop are all amazing. The ability to open the pocket doors and expand the inside to outside gives it a great open feel to it. Beautiful sunsets every night; already can’t wait to return. A+ all around.

We arrived late at night and Marilyn was flexible with our arrival time. It was dark when we arrived but we were blown away by what we could see. The outdoor deck and pool area are amazing. The inside of the house was clean and beautifully decorated. We were a family of six and felt we had plenty of room and then some. Once we woke the next day and saw the property in the daylight, we were blown away. It’s really beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and pool area every day and night. Tom and Lynette have such a lovely property right on the water. They have excellent communication and we're very hospitable. Definitely take advantage of the beach but if you don't have a surfboard, dont go swimming. it's as powerful as the warning signs advise you about. The third floor terrace is a great place to watch the stars on a clear night that reminds you how small you are in this world. The beds and bathrooms are very spacious and accommodating, and the kitchen is well stocked with amenities. The property for sure had a, "home away from home vibe"

This place is AMAZING! If you're looking to unwind this is the apot for you. While our group only had four adults, this space would work well for a larger group or one (or two!) families. The house was spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Fantastic views from the rooftop. It was minutes from downtown and 5-15 minutes from several beaches. The beds were super comfortable, so we all got the rest we very much needed! Leif was super friendly and responsive, and gave us some great local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

The Bell House is really beautiful and very well conditioned. Notwithstanding all that Rincón has to offer, you may want to spend much time in the house, with its nice and sun-drenched deck and pool, and have lunch in the nice outdoor table. All rooms in the house are spacious and comfortable, with a simple yet sophisticated decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meals. The view from the street level is precious, sprecially at dawn. We had a great time in the Bell House, and we hope that we may return soon.

A magical jungle escape with breathtaking ocean views! Surrounded by nature, we woke up to birdsong and ended each day with stunning sunsets over the water. The perfect blend of adventure, serenity, and comfort—we’ll definitely be back!

Private and peaceful getaway very close to beaches and restaurants. Two rooms are separate from the main house, just a few steps away, and have their own bathroom which give a lot of privacy to the people staying in them. It was perfect for our family, me and my husband stayed at the main house with our kids. The pool was small but perfect for our needs! We really enjoyed our stay.

Totalmente equipado para cocinar, mi parte favorita. Desde sal, pimienta y café. Lo único que hizo que mi estadía no fuera perfecta fue el ruido de las cortinas chocando por los abanicos, recomiendo algo para sostenerles. Tuve que poner un bulto en cada cortina para poder descansar, pues sin cristales sin templar. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto para una escapada en pareja.

We stayed for 5 nights. Property exceed expectations. View of ocean, landscape and lighthouse were beautiful. We only got one sunset due to weather but view is perfect when the weather cooperates. We did get lucky and there were not too many people staying in the other units but even when they were there, it was very quiet and peaceful. The host provided beach chairs and umbrellas which was a life saver and something we did not think about. Overall great stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a nice getaway.

The casita is a beautiful stay for a private and relaxing getaway. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and only minutes away from town and beaches. The views at the casita and the surrounding roads are stunning. Perfect for a couple or small family. We felt right at home and will happily stay again next time we’re in Puerto Rico.

The stunning view of the Caribbean ocean was the cherry on top—waking up to that every morning was truly magical. What really set this experience apart, though, was the host’s incredible hospitality. From the warm welcome to the constant care and communication, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Easily one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. This is the perfect Airbnb for a family. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The property is beautiful, well taken care of and very clean. Laura was a wonderful host, very kind and responsive. We were happy to support a local owned Airbnb, you can tell she cares about the island, town and neighbors. We had a wonderful time
