Monthly Rentals in Punta Negra

A great value to stay in Punt Mita. A short walk to the beach. The upstairs pool was small but nice. Definitely a bit of road noise throughout the night. We used a white noise machine and slept pretty well. No frills but nice place. We have two kids and I would probably stay in a different place next time, but for those on a budget it is an excellent option!

the view of the pool is beautiful. The exit to the beach seemed super good, it is only down steps and I was also able to take my dog, the super friendly staff loved the location, so I mention if I would come back and even stay an extra night but has many details that I would like to improve. Every day the water went away, the internet rarely worked the bathroom in the room smell ugly and it was not so clean. hopefully improve on that because we were treated super well and it is very good place.

What a beautiful, ideal and peaceful location for a spectacular ocean front getaway! Mar's location is one of (if not best) ocean side views we have been witnessed to. The balcony itself had 180+ degree unobstructed views. Access to his private beach was ideal. Other beaches with great beach clubs and restaurants were only minutes away by beach walks. Mar's helpful recommendations and easy going style, made us feel right at home. There couldn't be a better location and host in this area you could ask for... Definitely a jewel in our vacation beach memories to enjoy for times to come...

Jazmin & Noel were very welcoming when I arrived. Jazmin even picked me up at the bus stop. She always made sure I knew they were available if I needed anything & was very responsive when I did need something. Noel has built an impressive compound of apartments/studios on their property! The studio I rented was very nice & comfortable with it's own private bathroom, outside kitchen with fridge & dining area. The kitchen was outfitted with wonderful high quality cookware & all that was needed to cook & enjoy one's meals! The town is a nice quiet reprieve from the busy, touristy towns of Sayulita & Puerto Vallarta, but they are easily reached by bus for exploring. You feel as if you practically have your own private beach at Litibu, which is not far away! It was wonderful, peaceful & calming to walk the beach there almost everyday. I know they are grateful to have a beautiful compound full of activity & joy with their large, well-comported family.
