Monthly Rentals in Punta Mita

A great value to stay in Punt Mita. A short walk to the beach. The upstairs pool was small but nice. Definitely a bit of road noise throughout the night. We used a white noise machine and slept pretty well. No frills but nice place. We have two kids and I would probably stay in a different place next time, but for those on a budget it is an excellent option!

We had a wonderful time and hardly recommend this place, which is very clean and secure and relaxing. Jon was always very friendly , respectful and responsive when we have questions.

Top notch host! Upon arrival Efra wants you to feel welcomed. You can tell being helpful and kind to all, & humor, are who he is. His dogs are super cute too! You can interact with them as much or as little as you’d like. The apartment has been decorated/stocked with care. It’s clean, feels spacious, the beds are in two different sides of the place, the backyard is large for relaxing in a hammock birdwatching or sitting at a table surrounded by greenery to chill out. Overall you’ll have many amenities that are not as common in some Mexican airbnbs. It’s a very short walk to food, pharmacy, some vendors, and just a little bit further to the swimming beach. The tourist restaurants are right on the water with amazing views. The authentic and well priced local eateries are near. This vacation is for someone who wants the experience of being in the middle of a safe local residential neighborhood with a relaxed tourist promenade. No car necessary, though could be useful for day trips.

Great condo in amazing Punta Mita. Love the beach clubs, proximity to downtown PM, and the team of Leti, Eloisa, and Sam really took care of us throughout our stay. I would recommend their condo and will be coming back to stay there.
