Monthly Rentals in Punta del Papagayo

We stayed at Silvia’s apartment for a month, it was as described , everything was clean , which is so important to us . We did have an issue with the parasol on the balcony, as one of the arms Broke, but i contacted Silvia and it was replaced the very next day . It was around 10-15 minute to the beach and restaurants. The complex was extremely peaceful and well looked after. We would absolutely stay at Silvia’s again and definitely recommend it . 😊

A family of three with a 16 year old. What a lovely apartment, you can tell Javier takes great care. All appliances are high spec and easy to use. The location was perfect offering a lovely walk into the main area of Playa Blanca or make use of the bikes provided to cycle along. We also jumped on the bus as an option. Javier helped us with airport transfers and met us when we arrived, he talked through all the amenities and recommended some great restaurants. We actually thought the best places to eat were nearest to us, we had two good meals at Citurna and Furancho do tono was amazing, offering traditional Spanish meals at very reasonable prices. We used the pool most days, it was warm enough to swim once you brave the first dip (and I don’t do cold pools). There’s plenty of sun loungers and you often have it to yourself. We couldn’t fault anything about the apartment we absolutely loved it and hope to return soon. Thanks for your hospitality Javier!

Spotless apartment in excellent location. Friendly and responsive host. Excellent value for money. Can recommend without any qualms and would love to come back.

Incredible magic place in the middle of nowhere. The design, aesthetics & silence of this place is exactly what we needed & we will definitely come back :)
