Monthly Rentals in Punkatasset Hill

We loved our stay! We were in the area for a wedding and spent our downtime enjoying sitting near the pond and all the wonderful birding!! A great blue heron landed on the shoreline at one point! Everything was clean and comfortable and Sadi was so helpful with suggestions in the area. We really loved Concord Teacakes for coffee and breakfast, and Diane’s market was great for a few provisions—all in easy walking distance and a lovely walk at that! Our favorite excursion while there was the DeCordova Sculpture Park—so cool! And we also really loved the little town of Maynard, a fun place with with a nice vibe and friendly folks.

The place is beautiful and comfortable inside. And it has sliding glass doors that look out onto woods and a pond. Matt & Danielle were super nice and extremely responsive. definitely would recommend this place.

Daniella's place was perfect for my needs. I spent two months in the area to help out family, and this studio was a cozy place to rest, relax and cook. Plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. Handy to all that Burlington has to offer. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, living and sleeping space cozy and comfortable. Walk in closet with room to store everything I had with me. Even though this apartment is attached to the house, it was very quiet and felt completely private. I will definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful spot, great location near many historical sites and the Burlington Mall. It’s a very quiet location on a dead end street, we enjoyed walking the neighborhood and to the nearby Whole Foods to pick up a few groceries. The apartment is practically brand new, everything is well appointed and you can tell they’ve spent time thinking about what you might need. The king bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is huge with a wonderful walk-in shower. A perfect kitchenette just right for a quick breakfast in the morning before heading out for the day. We enjoyed our time and hope to be back next time we visit family. We highly recommend!
