Sarmad was an incredible host. He was quick to respond to all our queries and always available to help. We loved the vibe of the space and really appreciate how accurate the pictures are. The beddings were nice and clean, the towels washed and smelled fresh, and we really needed an extra blanket which was right there in the cupboard. From iron, to washer, to microwave, the place was well equipped. If youre new to Islamabad and are exploring, this is also a great locality. We literally walked to the eateries and malls from this Airbnb. All in all, Sarmad's place has our highest recommendation.

Great apartment in a gated community with security for peace of mind! Everything was as described the apartment was amazing and clean! Location was great was within close driving to all the tourist attractions we visited. I would definitely recommend staying here😄

even before our rental started the communication with the host was perfect answered all my questions gave clear instructions on the day of checking her staff make sure we found the place as Pakistani addresses can be complicated and hard to find. the apartment itself feels luxurious furniture is modern and the space is comfy. we ended up being seven people and did not feel cramped in the place.

I had a really great stay at Fakhar’s apartment in Islamabad. The place was spotless, spacious, and exactly like the photos. Location is perfect, close to everything I needed; there’s a big grocery store right in the apartment complex along with some local restaurants. Fakhar was incredibly responsive and also checked in during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed, which I greatly appreciated! The apartment itself felt like home, amenities were all in place, and everything worked smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’d be delighted to stay here again!

The place was a 10/10, I wish they had uploaded better pictures because the place is a 100 times better than the pictures. It’s amazing to know u literally have the whole huge terrace to yourself. A huge space for a family to gather and enjoy the view and the aesthetics of the terrace. The place in itself is a vibe! I spent more time inside than outside because of the beautiful home! Moreover, any call I made even for minor concerns, I got catered to in 5 minutes if not less. Hygiene was my biggest concern and i was fully satisfied. I got all the personal space too, no invasion no calls here n there, just me and my family. The host is so kind, he went out of his way to assist us with our concerns. Great people, great place. Im surely coming back! Choosing this place will never be a regret. 10/10

I had a great stay here! The apartment was beautiful and clean. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and very responsive throughout my stay. I really enjoyed the collection of books they had it added a lovely personal touch to my trip. The self check in process was smooth and hassle free. Even the building reception staff, who can sometimes make check in a bit tricky, were very kind and helpful. I’ve already recommended this place to several friends and I would definitely love to return in Sha Allah. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! 😊

I would like to begin by saying that our host, Madam Maria, is truly exceptional- extremely responsive and genuinely friendly. The apartment was fully automated and equipped with all essential amenities. One of the best features is its prime location, just a short distance from Mall Road. The security of the apartment was excellent, and the staff were highly cooperative. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free. Special thanks to the Manager, Mr. Imran Aslam, who was both professional and attentive. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and we are already looking forward to returning. We had a great stay and had a lot of fun! The place had all the basic amenities we needed. The jacuzzi worked well, and there was hot water available, which was nice. Mall Road is really close, just a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk. We did have to ask the staff for help to get a few things working, but they were responsive. There was a bit of a smell when we first checked in, but it got better. Overall, a good stay and would recommend it.

Honestly, this apartment was perfect! So clean and beautifully decorated – it seems someone put their heart into it. I looked at a bunch of other places, and there was always something off with the decor, but not here. The bedroom painting, the color scheme, the living room wall... all on point! And the jacuzzi was amazing. Plus, the apartment felt really spacious, not cramped at all. Again, I really enjoyed my stay and was so happy I booked your place! Highly recommend!

Hassan is such a best Host I have found ever on BNB, He response fast and provide clear instructions, even help out when we need any kind of help, love the place and kitchen was the best in my appartment and love the TV with paid Netflix subscription 😀

Great place to stay. Neat and clean. Host was super accommodating with complementary snacks. Fresh stacked toiletries even toothbrushes and mouthwash. Host was very proactive and was looking to assist in any way required. Surely will stay here again.
