Vacation rentals with breakfast in Pune

Gopal’s house is exactly like what you see in the images. It is very clean and easily accessible. The housekeeper is very friendly and we didn’t feel unsafe for even a second. The indoor pool and projector screen are what we enjoyed the most. I would highly recommend this place for all types of people as it is well situated, not far from the highway yet secluded. Thank you for the amazing memories Gopal!

We went with a lot of expectations and this place exceeded it all. Place was clean and well maintained. Swimming pool was just fantastic. Delicious food was prepared on pre-ordered basis. Stay of just a night felt too short at this lovely place.

It was a good stay. Location is good situated nearby good restaurants. Property is clean ish. However, would recommend a few things Cons 1. Two bedrooms smelled of smoke. 2. One bedroom downstairs bathroom wasn't clean enough 3. We were a group of women and were uncomfortable with a caretaker lingering around the house and were not able to use the common room. This should have been highlighted. Pros 1. Property is spacious 2. Caretaker is helpful. 3. There is parking space available too (however it's little tight for a big car) 4. Hosts were responsive 5. Overall, it's a good stay option near pune. The place was clean and maintained well enough. It does need a touch of Wifi, though. Nevertheless, everything else was great. A quant getaway close to the city.

The place was easy to reach and had ample parking. Is located in the heart of Koregaon and everything is at a walkable distance. Loved the stay.

Had a great time at the house, felt right at home.

I had a lovely time here. Mansi was extremely kind and very accommodating. Malti aunty was so sweet and treated me like her own family. It was such a pleasure to spend time with her and talk to her. Malti aunty also made delicious home cooked food for me. The place is in a convenient location and is quiet and peaceful and the room is cozy, comfortable and has all the amenities you'll need.

The place is like a home away from home. Very nice & comfortable stay in all respects. Mamta ji is very helpful & responsive. Family members are also welcoming & friendly. If needed Mamta ji serves home cooked delicious food The stay is worth the price paid

The place was neat and beautifully curated with unique decor, cozy vibes, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host Ananya herself was quite responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Loved it, will definitely come again!

Great place to stay with family & friends.

The place is truly awesome — it exudes positive vibes and offers a peaceful atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. Both Madhumita Aunty and Shyamal Uncle are exceptionally warm, polite and helpful. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel like you're staying with extended family, not strangers. The home-cooked meals is another highlight. Delicious, wholesome, and prepared with love. The house was immaculately clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pune. I’m already looking forward to booking it again on my next trip.

Felt like home… When it was my last day there felt like I was leaving my own home … The host makes you feel at home . Once you visit you might want to take some interior tips from Anoop ;) Best in taste interiors of the place . Strongly recommended to anyone who wishes to stay in Pune this place is worth it

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend KOAN was the perfect choice for my trip to PUNE, The room was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the breakfast was including and amazing Host was outstanding responsive, friendly, and thoughtful.
