Convenient location, just across from Komtar JBCC and walking distance to lots of good food. Check-in/Check-out instructions were clear and the host was quick with replies. Apartment is clean and cosy, free of clutter and has everything you need. Would recommend!

We had a great time! The kids loved the swimming pool and we felt very safe during our stay thanks to the friendly security guards always on premises. The shopping centre on the ground floor was an unexpected bonus! Easy access to all we needed. The place is not in the city centre but a very short commute by grab made it easy and enjoyable. Great view from the balcony. A nice place, we would go back if travelling there again. The host also provided everything we needed for our stay, overall I recommend. Please note that the beach nearby is not for swimming and not clean, please note that if you want to book and want to spend time on the beach.

Host was very proactive and messaged me the day before and gave me very detailed instructions, directions, and images, which really helped with my very smooth and easy check-in! Rory’s place was an ideal respite for our family. The location was ideal, near our favourite restaurants and easy to get to anywhere. Listing and instructions were all as stated. Rory and Jack ensured that our inquiries were responded to. Comfy place for our family of 6 to rest, play and unwind.

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

Great place for the price, good location, close to food and shops. Fast WIFI, clean house, many facilitates. Extremely close to CIQ. My friends and I really enjoyed staying there. For the price I paid I am more that satisfied with what was offered and I would be happy to recommend this place to others. Would visit again.

The surrounding environment is quite good, travel is convenient, facilities are available, the room is the same as the description in the pictures, the room is spacious and bright, the layout is very cozy and comfortable, the supplies are complete, the disinfection is careful, very satisfied!

Wei Jian was super helpful in providing us a detailed guide for a smooth and swift check in & check out ! He Was also very responsive when we had questions about the amenities and knows his stuff , his place is located very near the customs and right above a shopping mall with many eateries and mini marts . Would recommend to anyone looking for a short getaway 💯

I absolutely loved my stay! The studio apartment was spotless and beautifully styled—just like the photos. The bed was super comfortable, and the pool at SKS Pavilion was a highlight. Jack was an excellent host, always quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!❤️
