This place was WHY we booked our trip. The reviews don't lie. We adored the pets, our daughter cried having to leave them. The location is so gorgeous and special. Hector and Kim have thought of everything, right down to OTC meds in first aid drawer (not expired!). They were always available and so helpful. Kim's artwork was amazing throughout the house. We appreciated knowing we had a backup plan for water and electricity.

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was cute and cozy. And most importantly, super clean and in a great spot—close to everything. The fruit trees were a nice bonus! The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The hot water was hot as well which can be a luxury in PR. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the hammock chair. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Casa Azul was an amazing tidy place to stay at. Amber was very responsive and helpful anytime we needed her. The front yard spacious and on the porch you can sit if you wanted to. What was even better was the back porch which already had tables and chairs available to sit. Here you're overlooking and seeing water and can see the sunrise. Bathroom was nice and tidy. There's a sofa couch! The internet was decent and there was already Netflix attached to it to use. super plus! She had everything available: extra towels, beach chairs, life vest, coolers, lamp, etc. It was great. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely rent again. It was the perfect, peaceful spot and still really close to town.

The studio is very comfortable, spacious and with all amenities, you just need to walk in... It has an excellent open spacious and private terrace to enjoy the view, take a sun bath or just relax... It is amazing and worth to come back !!!

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

Came with my partner and my mom. Mom was a bit scared because of the hills but I would definitely come back with my partner or friends. Extremely peaceful, private, and cozy. We enjoyed both the hot tub and pool as well as the patio. Having the Coquí at outside our window the moment we got there was a huge plus. Definitely enjoyed the sounds of nature mixed with the barrio. 10/10, would recommend to my friends and family. A must stay.

Staying at this Airbnb was truly a magical experience. The fact that it’s located within a historic district added an extra layer of charm and beauty to our stay, we genuinely felt like we were part of something special, and thats also because I love architecture. The property itself is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfectly in order, spotless, and arranged with such care and attention to detail that it immediately made us feel at home. From the clear and thoughtful instructions provided from start to finish, to the small touches like snacks and water upon arrival, and all considerations Jaime had with us; every detail elevated the experience. Very lovely suite. It feels very authentic. Close to old San Juan, a 24/7 supermarket right across the street. I can only recommend booking with Judith, who has been a wonderful host.

Tara was incredibly responsive and helpful. From the beautiful surrounding and balcony views, to the perfectly curated apartment. Our stay was absolutely a pleasure. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—from the cozy bed and cold A/C to the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities. The outdoor space was a peaceful retreat, with lush greenery and a shaded sitting area we loved relaxing in. Our host went above and beyond—providing beach chairs, towels, coolers, coffee, and even homemade treats. Her communication was fast, kind, and helpful, and she offered assistance with things like airport transportation, which was so appreciated. If you're considering staying here—do it! We would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

We felt right at home in this space. If we come to town again we surely checking on your space first. Just the right amount of commute to everything we planned to do. Amenities provided was great too from kitchen stuff to beach going stuff. Appreciate your last minute flexibility with checkout time as well.

Karin’s home was a home away from home. Everything was as described and pictured. The home was specious, and provided beach chairs and coolers for our beach adventures. Karin provided detailed instructions for arriving and entering into the home. The neighborhood was nice and quite. It was the perfect location, as it was near all the places I needed to go to. I would definitely return to Karin’s home.

I had a very peaceful stay at the place. The view was stunning and Maria was a wonderful host !!!! I truly recommend staying at the casita !!

I have been using Airbnb for 10 years now. This is my favorite one! Aida and her husband felt like my Aunt and Uncle! I’m a single female and felt completely safe and at home the entire time. I had trouble with my rental car and my “Uncle” took care of it! There’s a mango tree on the property, so we had fresh ones the entire trip! Delicious! This trip was a graduation gift for my daughter. When we arrived, my “Aunt” had a surprise waiting on the bed! So thoughtful! If you want to escape the busy city life, this is it! The sounds and smells of the country paradise awaits!
