Vacation rentals with a patio in Puerto Nuevo, Gobernador Piñero

It was a calm and peaceful stay. The apartment was spotless and the neighborhood was quiet. It is close to a lot of places so it is a very convenient place to stay. The apartment was so pretty and looked like the pictures.

It was a nice gated airbnb. We arrived at 4am and the host was still responsive. We had some difficulty with the gate when we arrived but host was able to assist us. Overall great place.

He is very attentive, easy to work with. He is extremely nice and gives great information on recommendations. This Airbnb was a beautiful stay, I would stay again. Thank you for taking us into your home!

In All Honesty This Place was a GREAT stay, wether you’re using a rental or uber to get around (which we did) its super cheap! The place was super clean it was me my husband and our baby she provided a playpen for us to use washer and dryer were very convenient only thing water pressure all around puerto rico is not that great .

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Julio is a great host. Was extremely responsive and empathetic. My flight got delayed and he was able to accommodate me by extending my checkout time. Would definitely recommend an book in the future.

A friend & I stayed for a few days in San Juan & it was amazing, the apartment is cozy and feels just like home. The amenities are great & looks exactly as listed. Hilcia was so kind and responsive about any questions we had! Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to come back 😊

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

Dishmey was easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. Where do I start, he was extremely proactive before I even started my stay…checking-in and asking if there was anything I needed ahead of time. When the time for our trip arrived, it was a breeze. The instructions were incredibly clear and made for and efficient check-in time. Once at the space, I immediately remarked how clean it was. We often wipe down everything and utilize our own disposable towels and sheets. But, as we wiped things down, there was no dirt detected. While there, there was a blackout. However, we didn’t have to worry because Dishmey’s property is solar powered and was one of few houses in the gated community that still had power in spit of the outage. In addition, it was the little touches like the beach chairs and water in the fridge that made for a great stay. I’d gladly stay in one of Dishmey’s listings again. Thank you again for the warm, Puerto Rican hospitality.

This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico and Luis Alberto cabin was perfect. Very peaceful, clean, we loved the sound of nature at night, perfect location practically in the middle of the island close to el yunque and no a long drive to the beaches on the east coast. Luis was very nice he communicated with us and gave excellent recommendations for night life and local restaurants during our stay. I would 100% recommend booking this cabin . We can’t wait to return

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

Alejandro’s apartment was beautiful, clean, safe, and comfortable. We loved that we could walk to the beach, restaurants, and market, while Old San Juan was a short Uber away. The balcony was great for morning coffee. As Alejandro noted, you’re in a city and the neighborhood is quite active. The highway, roosters, dogs, and music can be heard at all hours and suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!
