Casa en excelente ubicación, en segunda linea a orillas del Lago. Tiene una hermosa vista al lago y un lindo jardín, con esteros de agua y plantas nativas. Posee un gran quincho exterior para hacer asados a la parrilla o al disco. Además tiene una sala de juegos, con un bar, mesa de juegos y mesa de Pool. En la playa hay un pequeño estacionamiento y botadero. Está a 8km pueblo de Ranco, 23km Parque Futangue, 11km Saltos Pichi Ignao, 8km Saltos del Nilahue.
