Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. Roberto was an incredible host, especially for our first time using airbnb! Very responsive to messages with my many questions and when we struggled to unlock the apartment doors, himself and Analia (key holder) were incredibly helpful! Apartment/pool were exactly like the photos, plenty of storage, clean, fresh and beautifully smelling linen/bed sheets and incredible sea views! Roberto was extremely accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight times, we were so grateful for his hospitality as it made our stay go that much more seamlessly! We found the area to be very local/residential so not loads to do, but we were only a short bus/taxi journey into places like Alicante and Santa Pola where we visited the Island of Tabarka, which was beautiful! Enough restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay :) Thank you Roberto for making our holiday feel like visiting a second home! Perfect 60th birthday celebrations for my Mum complete

Salvo que la ubicación no fue precisa todo el resto fue excelente desde la limpieza del departamento y como estaba equipado hasta la cercanía con unas playas espectaculares para disfrutar!!! Espectacular el entorno del edificio y su pileta con una vista al mar muy buena.

Caltalina has been very responsive to all messages senr prior to booking. On arrival she met with us and allowed us to check in 3 hrs before recommended on the booking. She was very helpful. Accommodation was superb! Beach qas less than a 10 minute walk as was shops and restaurants. Apartment was perfect and los arenales del sol is a beautiful place to visit . Thank you!

Jag träffade aldrig Andrea men hon var alltid snabb med att svara på meddelanden och tipsade även om lokala aktiviteter. Städningen var bra och på kvällarna kunde man se solnedgång från balkongen. 5-10 minuters promenad till både busstation och strand. Om man vill åka utanför Santa Pola så rekommenderas bil men det går bussar varje timme till ex. Alicante. Restiden med lokal buss till Alicante tar 1 timme. Boendet var bra och prisvärt. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att bo hos Andrea igen om jag ska till Santa Pola.

Iconic apartment is perfect for relaxing holiday. The place is just the way it was described! Everything was clean and messaging to host was easy and they anwsered quickly! There is bus stop nearby that goes to Alicante and Santa Pola so that made traveling to these places easy! Only very small minus is maybe the one set of keys (if there is people who want to do different stuff) I truly recommend this place if you want to relax with good ameneties and the beach nearby😊!

Heerlijk verblijf in een brandschoon centraal gelegen appartement, lekker kunnen fitnessen en met de huurauto op pad geweest. Zou het zeker aanbevelen. Wel voor Max 2 personen, op de foto’s leek het appartement groter.

Ich kann die Unterkunft einwandfrei empfehlen. Sie ist noch schöner in echt als auf den Fotos. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer für uns allein. Auch der Strand ist sehr nah und die Anbindung der Tram ins Zentrum von Alicante ist auch sehr gut.

Everything was good. Nice and clean townhouse. It has no noise insulation but as we understood that is common issue of Spanish apartments, townhouses. Mike is responsive and helpful.

Le logement était très bien situé, calme et paisible, à seulement 5 minutes de la plage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions chaleureusement Rosa pour sa réactivité. Elle a toujours été disponible et présente pour nous accompagner. Le logement était très bien équipé et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Merci encore à Rosa !

First, Juana is so helpful and kind. Second, the apartment might be a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but if you like me that loves beach access, stunning views and a calm area, this is the place. Loved me stay and plan to be back. I found the apartment really cozy with a very cool beach bungalow vibe. It's on my list to return to.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which was a big plus during the hot days!). The location was great – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local shops, restaurants, and beaches. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, offering local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Absolutely fantastic host and wonderful accommodation, we booked it as a last minute holiday and James the owner was amazing (nothing was too much trouble). the pool is lovely (as long as your not scared to jump in to cold water!) the kids loved it and the little park. The beach is beautiful and a lovely walk on a hot day, the local restaurants and pubs are all lovely, with a special shout out to the CAFE FLUER who are excellent. Although it’s not in a big city/ town there’s plenty to do and it was only €1.75 each to get to Alicante by bus for a day out. In summary A peaceful & beautiful area with a lovely accommodation provided by a fantastic host !! We definitely recommend it!

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig gelegen leicht außerhalb der Stadt und auf der anderen Straßenseite vom EUIPO. Vorteile sind insbesondere die ruhige Lage, der Tiefgaragenparkplatz direkt am Aufzug zur Wohnung und die gute Busverbindung. Ein Nachteil der Wohnung wäre es allenfalls, dass das Gebäude hellhörig ist. Mayte war jederzeit gut zu erreichen und stand bei allen Rückfragen hilfreich und schnell zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung war sehr schnell und leicht zu finden. Zudem war alles genau wie beschrieben und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts :) Es ist alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen; Flughafen und Stadt ist auch mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Pools waren sauber und der Fitnessraum war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war auch hervorragend, schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!
