The house is very comfortable. On the ground floor there is a spacious and fully equipped living room - dining room. A very comfortable and spacious kitchen with a daily dining room. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub, toilet, bidet and vanity. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom (toilet and vanity). Fiber optic wifi service and 40" LED TV Internal parking within the grounds.

Supermarkets 2 blocks away and our tourist advice of locals who like adventure. The apartment has a private entrance, so you can master your times as you like and free parking inside. The neighborhood is very safe and you can see the top of the hill eight from the courtyard of our house.
