Beautiful small Asturian holiday cottage. Wake up to stunning views and spend cozy evenings on the sunny terrace watching the sunset over the Sierra del Sueve. Our mission is to create modern boutique accommodation with as little environmental impact as possible. Much of the apartment, and its furniture, is made from wood sustainably sourced from our land and we use natural/chemical free building materials whenever possible. For other materials we always try to source locally and sustainably.

Townhouse, lovingly restored in 2021, taking the utmost care with the decor and comfort. It is in a small village with beautiful views and very well located: close to the beach or the mountains and half an hour from Oviedo or Gijón. At the exit of the village there is a bar-restaurant and the towns with services are 10 minutes away. The house has Wi-Fi, a wood stove, a Smart TV (Wi-Fi only), a balcony and a cozy terrace to enjoy the view, with many plants, a dining area and a barbecue.

Bright holiday home located on a private estate overlooking the Sueve mountain range.The estate has a large garden and lots of land and even a small creek for walking, which will delight the elderly, small and pets and Relatively isolated is the Comarca de la Sidra next to the Casona ( another house of our property) but that only shares the entrance area to the farm with the car and parking and gardens ,You will see everything ,mountain and coast without traveling many kilometers.
