Lidiya is the best host you can ask for! The appartement is very clean and lovely decorated. We loved every minute of our stay. I highly recommend this appartement to everybody!

Handover of the keys on arrival and departure totally easy and flexible. Suggests solutions directly. We arrived at about 12 noon and left at 5 in the morning. Cleaning utensils and kitchen utensils are also available in the apartment and you do not need to go directly to a supermarket, but can arrive first. Parking right outside the door, but we were also there out of season. During the day, it becomes a little more difficult to park on the weekend, but in the evening it is also very empty. We loved it

Great location, with superb views of the bay and sea front. The apartment is a lovely home from home with everything and more that is needed for a comfortable stay - exactly as Michele described. Toni was also a great help during our stay and made the check in & out process very simple & straightforward. We would not hesitate to recommend this bright and cheerfully decorated apartment.

This was the perfect little place for my friend and I to enjoy a quick beach holiday. Location was great - we were able to walk everywhere! It was easy to access, super clean and had everything we needed. It also had AC, a smart TV, pantry essentials and even a bottle of refrigerated water on arrival. Mamen was amazing at answering any and all of our questions and even had a book of recommendations in the flat. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment is very good in general, easy location, easy parking around and everything is very clean.

Had a lovely stay at Carmen's Apartment. We walked along the beach every morning and had lovely lunches & evening meals in the harbour. It was so central to everything we needed & a lovely, clean apartment to come home to.

A very well-kept accommodation, clean, impeccable sheets and towels, equipped with everything you need and more. Everything was very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

It really was the same as in the photos! Everything was as stated and we needed nothing else whilst there. As it was January the evenings got a but chilly but the heating was up to the job and it was cosy inside. The views are beautiful and the terrace off the sitting room was a sun trap when it was too chilly to be in the open on the roof terrace. We also liked the Buena Vista cafe which was very close by. Good food and drink and friendly staff. This was our first time here but I think we'll be back.

The apartment is great, it helps a lot to have air conditioning and the kitchen is great. The perfect area, quiet and everything close by with the car, plenty of beaches to discover, good restaurants and good bars for a drink. Having a pool has been a good idea. The attention from Matilde of 10, is always on the lookout for everything you need. We will be back!

The apartment is so described and can be appreciated in the photographs of the listing. The location of the apartment is great, in the center of the town, with all the services and places of recreation and leisure nearby being able to reach easily on foot, including the beach, of course. David, the host, made our stay in this apartment excellent. The host proved to be exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout our visit. From the first moment, he was available to answer any issues or questions that arise, resolving them quickly and efficiently. What impressed us most was his proactive attitude and his genuine interest in making our stay as pleasant as possible. Even when circumstances arose out of his control, the host did his best to offer us alternatives and solutions. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay, but a good host.

David is an excellent host, he has an impeccable apartment and it's very close to the beaches. The apartment had everything as indicated and David was always attentive to what we might need. We definitely plan on repeating.

lovely apartment on the beach front with good facilities

. we had a very nice stay with sea views and barely 100 m from the beach la playa negra where every morning I was swimming it is easy to go quickly with its small towel. not to mention the many beaches and coves where you can choose to spend the day.I really enjoyed the two bikes available downstairs in the courtyard and ready to go. I will not forget also the roof terrace to spend good evenings in front of a good aperitif and a magnificent view. the bedding was very comfortable. the neighbors are very warm and courteous. I will not hesitate to come back to the same place a big thank you to prettyanda and mariska for their kindness. see you soon. Geo

Nice apartment with a fantastic view

Responsive and very accommodating host. Beautiful apartment with lovely views.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia took care of us with a lot of understanding and attention.

It was a nice short stay that deserves the name vacation, as everything was as described before and check-in was easy thanks to Sergio's clear and good instructions. He also fulfilled our special request. The only drawback was the very narrow parking spaces. But Sergio can't do anything about that and there are also plenty of options outside the parking lot belonging to the accommodation in the immediate vicinity and free of charge. If we are looking for accommodation in this area again, we will ask Sergio first.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modernly furnished. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partially permanent residents and vacation guests, making it a nice atmosphere. Pools were never crowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

The apartment is nice, tidy and clean and has everything you need. From the balcony you can look directly at the sea. A well-maintained natural beach (open sea) is also right in front of the residential complex. A very nice beach on the Mar Menor is a 5-minute walk. There is also a small supermarket nearby, various Restaurants and other shopping facilities. We'll be happy to come back.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.
