Highly recommended this property. Close to the beach (walkable), shops and restaurants. The house has a new pool and a very good kiosk with barbecue, ideal for a good barbecue. As for the apartments, they have a very well equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms and the beds very comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at in port of Columbia. Great view great room sizes very friendly staff and parking if needed. The pool is awesome with a great view also close to local shops pharmacy and easy to get transportation.

It's a place that obviously looked bigger in the photos than in reality, but it's a pretty comfortable loft for 2 people. It has what you need, located near the central square. A little expensive for the season and demand. Very close to the ocean. Camilo is an excellent host and was very considerate with us on the day of departure and gave us a wait to get another place. Recommended.

Very good accommodation, very comfortable and clean and there is plenty to do in the area, plus it is super quiet and beautiful.

Our stay was very pleasant since our arrival we had a good reception by John, a kind and friendly person who was attentive at all times even before our arrival. I give us the apartment very clean, the area is quiet and very close there are supermarkets and different shops where you can walk to. Barranquilla beautiful city with friendly people. We loved it. Great place for large groups. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive to needs / requests. For example, one day the AC wasn't working and within an hour they had a brand new unit installed working great! Would definitely stay again... Highly recommend 'Paradise Beach' restaurant down the street.. calamari and cevichez FANTASTIC!!!!! Thanks John!

We have really enjoyed our stY. Communication with Rosanna was great. We had Holanda cook and clean and that was a great additional aervice. We rented kite gear deom Kite Colombia , Gifi is his name. Great service and gear. We t kitesurfing at Salinha de Rhey good spot! Beaches are ersosing which will be a peoblem. Beach house was great, neighbourhood was quiet. Raw coasl line. Pure. jose was helping with everyting in and around the house. Perfect stay for a few days kitesurfing. Restaurant wmpty and we had lovely dinner at the house which was prepared by Holanda!

We loved our stay. The house is spacious and clean, and has everything you need. It is only a 1 minute walk from the beach. It felt very private and it was quiet! The swimming pool is a nice addition too. We would definitely book again if we are around!

Alvaro’s place blew our minds, very well above our expectations. The place is very spacious, amazing decoration, beach front, pool, etc. Great place for a peaceful stay in front of the beach, amazing for kitesurfers. Salinas del Rey kitesurfing center is just 10 mins away.

David is a very nice host. The accommodation has what you need. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Internet 30Mbit fiber optic and David also has an office chair and desk. Enchanting nice pool, deeper than I thought. 15 minutes by foot to the stand. In a quiet location ideal for working. Every once in awhile, His friends come and have a party, always nice evenings. There are a few nice sections at the stand, often empty palapas can be found here with a lot of wood that has been washed up by the sea.

This is such an amazing apartment that has everything you need to feel at home. It is very centrally located in a great neighborhood and also very close to all the main areas of Baranquilla. The apartment is pristine, exactly as described, and fully stocked. The bed is extremely comfortable, there are big TVs in the bedroom and living room, good AC in both the living room and bedroom, and has fast WiFi. There is a pool / common area on the roof which was nice to go relax in. Even in the hot Baranquilla weather, the roof / pool area has plenty of wind to feel refreshing. Also, Vanesa who was our host and main point of contact is extremely helpful, welcoming, sweet and always attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and very quick to respond whenever I messaged her. Her hospitality is top notch and I just want to thank her for making us feel right at home.

I had a wonderful stay! I felt very safe and secure in the apartment and the views were absolutely stunning. The vibe was just perfect – relaxing and comfortable. I was also very impressed that the kitchen had everything I needed to cook all my meals, and the fridge with the automatic ice maker was a definite plus! The wifi was super fast, which made it easy to get work done. I would definitely recommend this place!

Nice location! We enjoyed our stay there. Mario and his father are great hosts who gave us good recommendations for the area, and responded always very quickly and friendly. The place is calm and only a few meters to walk to the beach. The beach is clean and comparably quiet. You can eat at small restaurants at the beach or take a InDrive to the town center where you can find some restaurants and a supermarket. Only downside is that the beach restaurants close at about 6pm, but you can ask Mario for contacts of local restaurants who deleliver food. The apartment had a kitchen with minimal equipment and some spices, which was totally fine for our needs. It's also nice that you can smoke everywhere. The rest of the equipment was as described. The bad review about the aggressive dogs can't be confimed, but if you are afraid of dogs i think Mario will keep them away while your there. The surfaces in bath and kitchen could be cleaner but totally within range. We will visit again sometime!

Wonderful place, it met expectations and exceeded them. Quiet, comfortable, safe and private, in our case, José's apartment has everything we were looking for to enjoy a few great days with the family, the tranquility and privacy, unsurpassed. Totally recommended. We already miss it. We hope to be back soon.

The place is comfortable, has direct access to the beach, next to the front door there is a kiosk where good food is obtained at a great price, we were given recommendations from the area and they were on the slope, good place to rest and enjoy the sea near Barranquilla
