Nice one-bedroom apartment and sofa-bed in a complex with a swimming pool, located in a tourist area and completely newly renovated with good quality materials. Places of interest: Biosfera Plaza Shopping Center, marina, Las Playas Avenue, water and sports activities, restaurants, rent a car, public transport, various beaches and the distance from the apartment to the airport is about 10 km (10 minutes by car)... It has fabulous views of the island of Fuerteventura and Lobos.

It is 2 minutes away from the beaches and the main avenue where there is a great pedestrian walk and bike path. There are restaurants, bars, and shops very close by less than 1 minute away. 1 minute bus stop and supermarkets. On the second floor, there is no elevator. Shower update (wider and higher quality) and mattress.
