Townhome vacation rentals in Puerto Banús, Marbella

A perfect location, with walking distance to everything. The hosts have kept this home looking like it was just remodeled. No elevator concerned us at first, but the layout was perfect. The surrounding neighborhood was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. We'll come back here for sure.

Our stay at Kell's beautiful two-level house was absolutely unforgettable! The home is stunningly furnished with so much attention to detail, and the views are truly to die for. Kell himself is a fantastic host with a warm and welcoming personality. He provided us with perfect recommendations for the best spots to visit in the area, as well as incredible places to eat. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for an unforgettable place to stay in Marbella!

We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad in het appartement. Echt het geld waard. Het strand en leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand. Het huis is heeft alles te bieden, was schoon en ruim. Zeker het terugkeren waard!

**Highly recommended.** Fabulous property, superb host. We had everything we needed and more. Dan, our host was charming, super helpful and really attentive. Our toaster broke during the stay and within 24 hours we had a new one arrive. Brilliant customer service. The house is stylish, well equipped, and extremely clean. The beds and linen are very comfortable. Brilliant for families - two pools, one indoor and one outdoor and an air conditioned gym. Great for a sporty family - or just to relax in the sauna. Also super restaurants within walking distance - and an ice cream parlour! Thanks Dan - hope to be back next year.

The host was very responsive. The amenities were brilliant and there was everything we needed. Any issues were quickly resolved. Air conditioning was great. It was close to beach, pool was beautiful, although the pool staff were very strict and not especially friendly. There was a noisy dog next door and construction work making noise early in the morning -which we understand is not the hosts fault. We would definitely visit again.

Ann Charlotte er den perfekte vært. Sød, imødekommende, og informativ. Ann Charlotte ydede perfekt service, og var virkelig rar at møde. Hun fortalte lidt (sjov) historie om huset, og gav gode anbefalinger om området. Inden vores ophold skrev vi sammen, og hun responderede med det samme efter at jeg havde skrevet et af mine mange spørgsmål 😄 Min mand skulle videre til Monte Bello da vi andre tog hjem, og sørme om ikke Ann Charlotte kørte ham deop. Laaangt ud over, hvad man kan forvente af værten. Tusind tak for det 👌❤️ Der er ikke sidste gang vi benytter os af hendes rare væsen, og bestiller ferie hos hende.

We have been visiting Benahavís for the past 25 years and can honestly say this has been one of the best houses we have stayed in. My parents traveled with us and wanted to be right in the village for walkable access to the many great bars and restaurants. You are steps from the pool, steps from your own private sun terrace and steps from the first bar (La Bodega) which is nestled in the courtyard of La Aldea. The property is massive and finished to great standard. All very modern. You could easily have 8 staying together and you wouldn’t feel on top of each other. Also a great big TV cinema room, my 4 year old loved watching his programmes on the huge TV. This is our go to place when returning to Benahavis. The pictures don’t do it justice, very quiet pool. And views to die for. I am missing drinking a glass of white early evening on that terrace, there is a further roof terrace to enjoy in the morning. Great place for a family holiday, 10 minutes walk and you’re at the port, 15 min walk to fish alley where there are loads of restaurants bars etc, the place it’s self was brilliant, clean spacious, Netflix and prime to keep you entertained whilst in the house, the pools are all great too, the property supplies two folding sun loungers and two fold out chairs to relax around the pool, we went in June and the pool was perfect temperature, highly recommend

Great place by the beach, highly recommend for families!

This was our second visit to this beautiful property. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. The pool area and gardens are extremely well maintained and it is a very safe environment with gated access. Bente is a great host and always responds to messages and queries quickly. We hope to visit again as we all loved it, especially our grandchildren.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unseren Ferien hier. Jessica war sehr herzlich und hat uns alles gezeigt und Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war wunderschön, mit vielen Ecken zum geniessen. Die Küche super eingerichtet, sogar Olivenöl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer und mehr waren vorhanden. Oft waren wir morgens oder abends auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse mit Liege und Whirlpool. Der 50m-Pool war perfekt zum schwimmen und auch das Fitness, das warme Innenbad und die Sauna nutzten wir. Der Strand vorne war schön, im Meer hatte es grössere Steine, daher gingen wir auch 2x zu Fuss zum Playa del Cristo, der sandiger ist und flacher abfällt. Wunderbar, den Sonnenaufgang von der Dachterrasse oder vom Strand aus zu sehen! Bis Estepona sind es mit dem Auto 10 Min. Dort hat es unzählige gute Restaurants. Wir waren auch in Tarifa und haben mit firmm Delphine und Wale beobachtet, an der Playa Bolonia, in Malaga in den Shopping Malls etc. Vielen Dank, dass eine so wunderschöne Wohnung vermietet wird!

Thank you. This is a great place, close to the old town and the sea. The house has lots of space for socialising and the roof terrace is fantastic with a nice view. Kitchen is really well equipped. We had a fantastic time and the whole family enjoyed themselves. A perfect holiday.

I’ve stayed at quite a few very nice private villas but this one is the best in many ways. The fit-out has been done with no expense spared. All the fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality. We were 2 families with children aged from 1 yr to 13 yr and they all love the villa - especially the private pool. Whenever we are looking to visit the area again we will definitely plan our trip around the availability of this villa.

We had the perfect house for our holiday in Marbella. With 4 boys, my husband and I had a very nice time in this charming house. Our host was very communicative, very helpful, giving us all kind of tips. He also dropped us to the local rental company and helped us get a car for the week. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The urbanization is clean with a big pool and a wonderful beach right at the door. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a family of 6. The parking garage slot is under the house. Perfect to unload the car without a problem. Puerto Banus was a 12 minutes ride with car. Nikky Beach 10 minutes. A nice beach club was 5 minutes walk. All in all we really felt home. We could even check out later without any stress. We will definitely come back to this place. Thank you very much Aniello for being the perfect host. Check-In was very simple and easy. The Airbnb itself is very modern and clean with all the amenities you need. Communication with the host was always straight forward, they were always happy to help. The location of the AirBnb is perfect. There is a supermarket and pharmacy just under a 5 minute walk away. If you walk another 5 minutes you will find yourself at the beach/ local bars/restaurants. I couldnt recommend this place enough, would 100% stay again.

I had a great time in Estepona and at Sharon's place. The communication with Sharon was perfect. She was responsive and was happy to share recommendations for Estepona. The house is quite narow but I acutally really like the separation of the various areas and rooms over few floors. Especially, the two terrace areas on the top floors are really nice. The apartment is located in the center of the old city, but in a quiet side street. I felt very comfortable and slept well. The apartment is well-equipped with averything you need and it was also very clean. I defnitely recommend this accomodation for a longer stay in Estepona.

We loved our stay here. The bedrooms are all upstairs, allowing you to enjoy the living areas and kitchen without the bedrooms being on the same floor. The kitchen had everything and we used the grill many times. Parking right in front of the property was very convenient. The location is really hard to beat, because you could be in Puerto Banus in 5 minutes, Old Town Marbella in 10 minutes, and easy access to the highways to go to Estapona or Malaga. It was a great stay for us.
