Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area, but no loud music or large crowds of people (maximum 15 people).

The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

The house is a 1930s property, completely restored, respecting part of the old elements, carpentry, beams... It has a beautiful courtyard from which you can see one of the fortresses that surround the city It is located in a seafaring, fishing and flamenco neighborhood. Close to Cala Cortina beach and the port and just a short walk to the historic center. The bus and train station are also very close. Very well connected. Easy parking.

Located in Puente Tocinos, this new 60 m² vacation apartment accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, it is cool in summer and warm in winter. It offers Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and self check-in. In front of a garden and a pedestrian street with no exit, with easy access to nearby services. Street parking, quiet area with some pedestrian traffic. No events, pets or smoking allowed.
