Very good, comfortable apartment and good service

I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

Probably the best Airbnb in Santiago, Francisca responds quickly, is always attentive and answers any questions you may have, the accommodation is all perfect, clean and tidy, really a 5-star Airbnb, next time I return to Santiago I will surely stay there again ✌️

Well-located apartment, equipped and good communication with the owner, easy access and fast. The only detail is that when I opened a cabinet above the refrigerator, two cockroaches appeared, which hid next to the refrigerator, and when I looked next to the refrigerator, it had dust 😞

It was certainly our best choice, exactly as advertised, new and modern furniture, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, linens and towels. Everything, absolutely everything, working well, fully functional apartment. Thank you to the hosts, you will always be our choice in Santiago💕, we will certainly return for another season!

Everything was excellent!! I had a mishap with the electronic lock on the front door (I accidentally left it locked) and both hosts responded quickly and promptly…. That's a plus for me!!! I would definitely rent the apartment again.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to avoid the cold. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded promptly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference in our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, she made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, and the house has a sociable and friendly atmosphere. As a host she was excellent, she was always attentive to what I needed and was understanding with me.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with hot water. Very close to Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets nearby.
