Acogedora casa de montaña, 170 metros cuadrados, 7.200 mt de terreno, dos habitaciones, un baño completo con tina y ducha y otro 1/2 baño( solo wc ).Sala comedor cocina, wifi , Tv satelital en cada habitación , no hay buena señal para celulares pero si hay wifi. La construcción es de 2015, anti sísmica , con ventanas térmicas , muy fresca en verano y con calefacción a leña en invierno ( se puede suministrar con pago adicional ) . Está a 45 minutos en auto de Santiago y a una hora de Valparaíso.

Our rustic mud house is located in the Ecological Community of Peñalolen, 40 minutes from downtown and 8 minutes from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Peñalolén headquarters, in a very rural precordillerano sector. The families of this community, we seek to live in harmony with nature. The house has two terraces, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, living room dining room, parking, swimming pool and wifi for shared use. Also with digital tv room and cinema, and a music room with piano.

This nice country house allows you to exclusively share a plot for family use only that consists of a 210 sq. meter construction on a 5,800 sq. meter plot. The place is in an absolutely natural setting, close to important vineyards and the Maipo River, with a gazebo and children's games. The house is also delivered ozonated to provide security and tranquility to visitors. The characteristics of the environment do not allow parties, visits or bothersome noise.

"La Casa Refugio Peumayén" invites you to enjoy the wonderful countryside just 30 minutes from Santiago in the commune of Lampa. Come free yourself from stress in this spacious and magical space with a pool and jars ( hot tub). Our shelter is fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests and the stay includes 3 hours of hot tubs per day booked, in addition to wifi internet and free use of gardens, green areas, parking and pool on the grounds.

Beautiful house in the Curacaví Valley, La Aurora Condominium, just 45 minutes from Santiago and 1 hour from Viña del Mar. Enjoy a jacuzzi for 6 people and a pool heated to 28°C from September to March. Large quincho designed for sharing. In summer, the pool is the star, while in winter, the quincho offers a warm, indoor atmosphere. It has a clay oven, grill, stove, internal heating (wood, with purchase), Wi-Fi and cable TV.
