With slow combustion, electric stove and heatacams. Satellite TV Direct TV Rate includes 1/2 bag of firewood per stay from May 1 to August 30. Hot tubs in the grounds at an extra cost of $45,000 for 4 hours of use. The Hot Tubs reservation must be coordinated with one day in advance for its preparation.

The last quater mile to the house is a gravel road with two steep hills and is only for 4x4 or awd cars. The tiny home is located near the famous waterfall "Salto del Claro" and is not more than a few minutes from the "Rio Turbio" which is great for hiking or in summertime taking a deep in the volcanic spring waters.
