The house is composed of 5 double bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a courtyard of about 400 m2 with terrace, barbecue and hammocks located on the front of the house, kitchen with terrace, and the staircase access to the floor on the back of the house.

At the border between Transylvania and Muntenia, it offers easy access to both Bran, Sinaia, and Brasov area as well as the south of Romania.
