Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Verona

A perfect single family house to discover the Veneto region. The E70 highway is very close, so cities like Verona, Paduva, Venice or Lake Garda are within a driving distance of max. an hour. The pizzeria at 200m is well worth a visit. The house is orginally not built as a holiday house, but as a single family home. For our family of 4 these are the best airbnb accomodations. It becomes a home away from home. The house provides 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking and eating utensils. The upper floor with the bedrooms has AC which was more than welcome with temperatures of over 35°C. The friendly neighbours provided us with fresh figs and zucchini. Very much recommended.

This charming and historic apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults, baby, and toddler. The location is amazing, on a quiet lane next to the castle, with incredible views across the town, lake, and castle. There is a small swimming cove just below the apartment suitable for adults or a quick dip with children. The wider pebble beach with a lifeguard is a short walk away, as is the ferry to Limone sul Garda. The town’s best gelato shop is around the corner, as is an excellent restaurant Paradiso Perduto (reserve ahead). Matteo and Ludovica were very hospitable and responsive, and met us in person at both check-in and departure. They arranged a complimentary transfer of our luggage with an ape, which was much appreciated across the cobblestone lanes. One thing to consider is if you are sensitive to heat, the two bedrooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in the summer months. We visited during an unseasonably warm June, but thankfully the fans were sufficient.

Eine tolle sehr ruhig gelegene Unterkunft auf dem Land. Nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt vom Strand entfernt. Ideal für Familien oder Ruhe suchende Urlauber. Fern ab des Trubels am See entfernt. Ein Auto ist hier aber sehr zu empfehlen, da man sonst nur schwer wegkommt. Eine wirklich schicke und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die zuvor gezeigten Bilder haben unsere Erwartung vor Ort mehr als übertroffen und dazu noch ein sehr faires Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Die Gastgeberin ist immer gut erreichbar und gibt hilfreiche Tipps. Ein absolut unkomplizierter CheckIn, sowie ein Privatparkplatz runden den Aufenthalt ab!! Bei den Parkpreisen ist dieser viel Wert.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Nicola. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und die Aussicht ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig erhöht und wir empfehlen ein Auto, um nach Bardolino zu gehen. Bardolino ist mit Kindern und Hund ebenfalls super. Es hat einen Hundespielplatz und viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Highlight war der kleine Bummelzug.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! Marisa and Fabio were super responsive to every need we had, and the house was squeaky clean. We loved the location. Close enough to Lake Garda, so we visited a few cities on the lake on one day. It's about 30 minutes from Verona, so we spent one day there. (We did a free walking tour and highly recommend that!) And on our third day, we drove to Bolzano and Merano to be in the mountains - a very different experience from the area near Garda. This Airbnb has heart, and you can tell that Marisa and Fabio take pride in what they've built. So much thought went into every detail of decor, the wood and natural stone... everything, really... I consider it an honor that they shared it with us.

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern diese Unterkunft gebucht und dort eine knappe Woche verbracht, die wie im Flug verging. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Zum Gardasee sind es ca. 20 min mit dem Auto. Wenn man ein Auto hat, ist diese Unterkunft eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Ebenfalls zu empfehlen sind Monica und Gabrielle, die sehr bemüht waren und immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen.

We had a fantastic stay at Oliveto. Great view, nice Pool, calmness and a beautiful house. The only - minor- thing that surprised us, since there is a cleaning fee, is, that you have to dispose of your own garbage at garbage cans outside of the property and quite a bit down the road.

Pieros Haus ist wunderschön und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Blick auf den Gardasee von der Dachterrasse und dem Obergeschoss ist einzigartig. Piero war total freundlich und zuvorkommen, einer der besten Gastgeber, die wir bisher hatten. Danke, dass wir auch mit zwei Hunden willkommen waren! Tignale ist ein toller kleiner Ort mit Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzgerei, Apotheke, Eisdiele und anderen Läden in Laufweite. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können, Tignale, die Casa Delle Rondini und Piero als Gastgeber nur empfehlen. Mille Grazie!!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und sauber. Der direkte Zugang zum Hinterhof und die großzügige Wiese lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. Unsere Hündin Elli fühlte sich sehr wohl und liebte die Spaziergänge an der Etsch. Herzlichen Dank für alles Franca, Andy und Elli

Seht schöne Wohnung, genau wie auf den Fotos. Man hat einen super Blick und kann den Gardasee sogar vom Balkon aus sehen. An Ausstattung ist auch alles da was man braucht. In der Unterkunft selbst ist es angenehm ruhig, aber in der Umgebung ist auch schnell ein Supermarkt und Restaurants erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt auh sehr gut. Man kann alle Orte am Gardasee schnell erreichen uns auch Verona und Vendig sind in einem Tagesausflug möglich. Die Kommunikation hat auch super geklappt. Der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar und hatte auch gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Cristina's place is just amazing. I spent 3 nights there with my partner for her birthday and we got engaged down at the Lake. So it was very important we stayed somewhere special.. this was perfect. Private,peaceful, stunning views,clean and beautifully decorated we couldn't ask for more! Cristina responded if we ever needed her or her mum told us she was available if we needed anything. We have reccomended the place to all our family and friends and we hope to one day return. Thankyou for letting us stay Cristina and mum!

We had a great stay in Mantova at Maria Luisa’s home. It was a period property, very large, full of character. The weather was extremely hot but as the property faced in two directions we could find cooler spaces. The balcony was excellent for breakfast and evening drinks. And we could use the garden and courtyard if we wanted. Private parking on site was great and we could leave our bikes safely. We’d stay again!

Enrico and Flavia’s Airbnb was perfect for us! 10/10 I would recommend and we’re already planning a trip back. The view was beautiful, Flavia was very friendly, and the space was super clean! We were 3 adults and a very active toddler and there was more than enough room for all of us. We did have a car which was helpful, we did lots of exploring from this location and didn’t want to leave. There was a pack n play and high chair for the baby which was great. Communication was seamless as well. We got there early and left a little bit late and Flavia was great with everything. If you’re on the fence about booking, just book you won’t regret it!

We loved our stay. It was actually much nicer than the pictures might have suggested. Beautiful rooms, a fine environment, and a wonderful neighborhood. We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to return next year if there’s room for us!

For us, it was location. We were able to park our car for almost 48 hours and visit all the sights in Mantua on foot. Luca always responded quickly to any of our questions or needs. We are happy that we stayed at Luca’s place.

Appartamento molto carino nel centro storico di Mantova, a due passi da Palazzo Ducale. Sono rimasto impressionato dall'organizzazione dell'appartamento : c'è tutto quello che serve e qualcosa in più. Paola é splendida, ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Molto apprezzata la colazione fornita da Paola e le indicazioni sui ristoranti del luogo. È stato comodissimo arrivare con l'auto sino all'ingresso dell'appartamento grazie al pass ztl. Spero, nel futuro, di poter essere ancora ospite di Paola nel suo bellissimo appartamento. Si vede e si sente la passione che ci mette. Complimenti.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giulio’s Brickhouse! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. Back yard was huge so we could play some footbal and pool nearby was perfect to hang out during hot days. The location was perfect—close to crowdy Verona that we wanted to see, yet peaceful and quiet at the property. I especially appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was; communication was clear, timely, and helpful throughout all our stay. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. Whether you’re visiting for work or relaxation, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect home for two for a week enabling us to get out and explore the stunningly beautiful Lake Garda, the surrounding mountains, a day trip to Milan and so much more. Simon is an excellent host and helpful throughout.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Besonders der Aussenbereich mit Pool und dem Grill war unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch der süße Hund auf dem Gelände hat unseren Urlaub bereichert. Durch die super Lage des Hauses hatten wir die perfekte Mischung an Ruhe und Nähe zu tollen Ausflugszielen, wie Verona oder dem Gardasee. Die Kommunikation mit Simone war sehr gut. 🙂

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem liebevoll gestalteten Haus – eine echte Oase der Erholung! Ich war mit meinem Freund und meinen Eltern da, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist nicht nur wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet, sondern auch der süße Hund Margot hat unser Herz im Sturm erobert. Silvia und ihr Mann waren jederzeit ansprechbar, unglaublich herzlich und hatten großartige Restaurant-Tipps parat. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Place was well equipped, spacious and overall in pretty high standard relative to its price and purpose.sp Somewhat remote localization ensures peace and relaxation, but also bigger cities (close to Garda and Verona) are in 15-30 minutes drive proximity. Private garage with automatic gate fits 2 normal size cars easly (or 1 SUV, 1 normal with carefull parking). Owners are nice and helpfull. We spend there great time and are happy with our choice. There were only 2 slight inconveniences, 2 bed's frames were quite squeaky when you moved and some of the inner door locks (bathrooms/rooms) were tricky/hard to use. But its not really that much affecting anyone's visit, which we can recommend to everyone, just something owners can look into when they have a little of free time.

Il Castello was my favorite Airbnb on our 3 leg Italy trip!! The location has absolutely breathtaking views of the Valpolicella region. Vineyards, olive trees, cherry trees, cypress and wisteria! It's so quiet and peaceful, yet endearing with the church bells in the distance. We enjoyed having our morning cappuccinos on the patio that overlooked the valley. Kate's brother Hugh was so kind and helpful. He met us at the bus stop when we got to Negrar, took us to the grocery store and drove us to the home. We did not have a car, so we really appreciated his help!! The bus system is handy for getting around Negrar and Verona (albeit confusing). I would highly recommend this home if you'd like a true Italian countryside experience!!

Perfekte Kommunikation, Check-in usw. Haus ist fantastischer Ort zum Erholen am Gardasee. Wunderschöne Aussicht, nah an Garda….alles funktioniert!!!

Spacious home on a vineyard with amazing views of the valley below. Verona Vecchia is just over 20 minutes away. The house feels like light years from it. It is convenient for day trips to Verona, Lago di Garda, Venezia, and Lessinia. Grezzana is a small city with wineries and good restaurants including Osteria al Ritorno and Pizzeria Focacceria Quattrocento both of which were recommended by Luigi. He had great recommendations all around. Thank you for hosting our family.
