La posizione ottimale per qualsiasi attività, perfetta per raggiungere le migliori spiagge della zona, a pochi minuti dal centro di San Teodoro, da market e dai maggiori servizi. La proprietà si trova in un contesto molto tranquillo, lontano dalla confusione del centro, fedele alla descrizione ed alle foto fornite.

Beautiful apartment based very central to Olbia town (about a 20 minute walk around the harbour). Check in process was very straightforward as hosts met us and went through all the booking details, making everything very clear. Amenities are paid after checkout based on consumption. Hosts were super helpful and welcoming, sharing recommendations and love for the island. Would recommend. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Villetta bellissima qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia di Bados. La casa è datata ma tenuta benissimo con arredi tipici sardi al suo interno. La casa è anche raggiungibile con il bus, che abbiamo utilizzato una sera per andare a mangiare a olbia e non dover guidare al ritorno. Unica cosa il check in è parecchio complicato con letture dei contatori, carta di credito obbligatoria (oppure cash), ufficio distante dalla casa per ritiro chiavi (credo però si possa richiedere ritiro alla villa). Si paga acqua, elettricità e gas, e anche i set lenzuola/asciugamano - non mi era mai capitato prima. In 7 per 4 giorni senza accendere condizionatori abbiamo speso 53 euro, stagione primaverile. Se considerati i set lenzuola la spesa extra potrebbe essere sostanziale in aggiunta al prezzo di listino airbnb. Tuttavia, comunicazione efficace anche di sabato. La casa è fornita di carta igienica e spezie semplici - diciamo il necessario. Aggiungerei qualche calice di vino (alti). Consigliato!

A very unique, spacious, and spotlessly clean apartment with a beautifully arranged terrace where we enjoyed spending our evenings. The location is excellent – close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. In addition to the sea, we also enjoyed the pool, where the water was perfectly refreshing. Highly recommended!

This is a fabulous Airbnb holiday home! Absolutely great! It exhales 'rest and quietness'. the house is spacious and can accommodate 4 people, probably 6 as well. It is beautifully decorated and has abundance of everything. We had a small problem with the shower which was solved within minutes. You need a car to get around all together: super holiday house.

Ich habe mit meinen vier Kindern hier die Osterzeit verbracht. Die Aufteilung der Räume war für uns perfekt. Die drei großen haben das obere Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon und Bad bewohnt. Ich habe das untere Schlafzimmer mit dem Kleinen genutzt. Ein Bett und das Schlafsofa waren damit noch frei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus und auf der Terrasse zu den Mahlzeiten. Leider waren Teile des Geschirrs bei unserer Ankunft im Schrank nicht sauber. Dies hat dann der Geschirrspüler erledigt. Zu empfehlen ist der kleine Bäckerladen in der Straße, bei dem man auch sonst die täglichen Einkäufe machen konnte. Zu Fuß ist es immer sehr nah zum Strand. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Olbia und auch sonst ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen (Sassaria, La Maddalena, San Teodoro) Wir würden hier wieder herkommen

nous sommes arrives tard dans le logement mais avons pu y acceder en toute autonomie facilement (boite a code) la reactivité rapide du proprietaire a été tres apprecié lorsque le conpteur ele a dejoncté le logement est tres bien amenagé, les lits sont correctes. L'emplacement est tres bien (vue sur la mer) plage de sable accessible a pied a un peu plus d'un kilometre mais c'est possible.. sinon acces par les rochers proche du logement commodités proche du logement (restaurant, coop..) tres pratique excellent choix merci
