Trotz einer kleinen Verspätung wurden wir herzlich von Andrea empfangen. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte sich auf eine recht steile Abfahrt/Auffahrt einstellen aber die Mühe lohnt sich! Andrea war unglaublich freundlich und hat uns nicht nur als Gäste, sondern wie Familienmitglieder aufgenommen. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat schnell geantwortet und stand uns mit hilfreichen Tipps und Unterstützung zur Seite. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr großzügig geschnitten und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft, Andrea wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Unser Aufenthalt war 1 Woche, bei super netten Gastgebern in einer traumhaften Unterbringung! Die Villa Xavante ist wunderschön gelegen, mitten in Wein und Oliventerassen. Dieser zauberhafte Ort wird durch die Herzlichkeit der beiden Gastgeber vollkommen gemacht! Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen und müssen unbedingt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese unglaublich schöne Zeit :)

Truly a one of a kind experience. Not your typical location in Tuscany! If you want to recharge away from the crowds in a remote location in the hills with breathtaking views that take you back centuries this is the place. Alberto and the property’s caretakers are a delight. Beds are comfortable and there’s a lot of space to roam around. We had an idyllic five days here with our one year old. Magical evening wines looking out at hilltop castles and soaking up the sounds of nature. 10 min to tiny Pari, 25 to a market in Civitella Paganico, under an hour to Siena. We hope to return someday. Grazie mille.

Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, non dovrai rinunciare a nulla. Situata al limite della zona pedonale della città , graziosa camera doppia con giardino e ampia veranda dotata di tutti i confort per brevi soggiorni. La posizione permette di parcheggiare tranquillamente nei pressi dell’alloggio e di accedere al centro storico a piedi usufruendo di tutte le comodità del centro città (locali negozi e ristoranti). Dotata di ampio frigo macchinetta del caffè e microonde per spuntini.

Appartamenti con ingresso indipendente e parcheggio, che chiamiamo "Le casine del non tempo", per la pace che trasmettono. Dal terrazzo si gode una stupenda vista su tutta la valle. Gli'appartamenti si compongono di un soggiorno- cucina, un bagno con vasca o doccia e finestra e una camera matrimoniale. Sono dotati di divano-letto, per cui possono ospitare fino a 4 persone ciascuno. Le casine, con alcune caratteristiche pareti in pietra, sono arredate con gusto, secondo lo stile toscano.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paolo’s place! Great quiet location, close to free parking and easy walking to everything in town. Spacious, clean, comfortable and with charming decor. Loved having a drink on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Lorenza avant le séjour a été très réactive et a survécu répondre à nos questions. La chambre est très bien située et c'est très calme. Lorenza a plusieurs attentions très sympathiques envers ses locataires. Nous sommes arrivées avant l'heure prévue et cela n'a pas posé de souci. Merci beaucoup

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van de accommodatie van Paolo! De ligging was perfect, dichtbij het centrum, maar toch heel rustig gelegen (dus geen lawaai ‘s nachts). Alles was netjes en verzorgd. Een gratis parking op 3 minuten wandelen, wat ideaal was. Wij komen heel graag terug!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Francesco. Le cadre est magnifique et très calme. Avec la chaleur, nous avons apprécié la piscine. Les enfants ont adoré les poules ! Francesco est un hôte très amical, réactif, toujours prêt à rendre service. Il est facile de rayonner de la maison vers différents sites touristiques (Sienne, Florence, Massa Maritima, etc...). Le village d'à côté est très joli. Nombreuses possibilités de randonnées à pieds ou VTT. Bref, nous recommandons sans hésiter.
