Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Foggia

Die Unterkunft ist neu gebaut und befindet sich in einer kleinen Wohnanlage außerhalb von Termoli. Trotz der Nähe zur Straße ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Lage ist nur 2 Minuten vom schönen Sandstrand entfernt. Man sollte jedoch mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad fahren, da es keinen Fußweg gibt und man an der Straße laufen muss. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, funktional und hochwertig ausgestattet. Highlight ist der vollständig eingezäunte Garten mit zwei schönen Terrassen, Rasen und Ambientebeleuchtung. Der Whirlpool ergänzt das Ambiente. Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern oder Hundebesitzer. Ein abgeschlossener und beleuchteter Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür schafft Sicherheit. Die Kommunikation mit Giuseppe ist auf Italienisch schnell und gut. Bei Problemchen kümmert er sich umgehend und findet schnell einen Lösung. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa White. Raffaella is an excellent host. She is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable. The well equipped kitchenette had everything you would need to prepare a meal. The bathroom was modern and came equipped with an excellent hairdryer and lots of towels. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. There was a peaceful outdoor space that you could use to enjoy some snacks and a drink. We were able to walk to the beautiful beach in 5 minutes. There were several places to eat along the beach or you could have a pleasant 20 minute walk to Vieste where there are many cafes and restaurants. If you are looking to explore inland check out Chalet Degli Ulivi. It is a beautiful restaurant set in the olive grove.

Soggiorno impeccabile, pulizia, ordine e tanta privacy. La mamma di Marianna è stata davvero molto accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Consigliamo l' host,la mamma e il gattino,molto dolce.Speriamo di tornare presto

Perfetto per una breve permanenza. Non mancava niente anche se preferisco il box doccia alla tenda. Lo spazio fuori confortevole e indispensabile viste le piccole dimensioni della stanza. Siamo stati bene.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (4 nuits) dans le logement d’Anna qui nous a très bien accueilli avec son mari. Il y avait tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons eu bien chaud grâce au poêle à granulés qui donnait une ambiance très chaleureuse. Les centre-villes d’Ischitella et Vico sont accessibles en 5 minutes en voiture. Le cœur de la forêt d’Umbra est à seulement 30 minutes. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour visiter la région.

We had a wonderful stay at Michela’s place—it is so peaceful and relaxing. The place is fresh and tastefully decorated and was equipped with everything we needed. It is filled with light and has lovely garden views and breezes. Michela was so helpful and communicative and gave us both a flexible check in and late check out. It is an easy walk to the lungomare beach and also up the hill to Vieste to visit the old town. It’s a charming town and the views are gorgeous. We ate at lots of local spots and also cooked comfortably at home. If you have the time, we really recommend doing a boat tour of the local grottos. It’s a magical half day adventure. We would love to return to Michela’s place and Scialara and Vieste again in future.

L'appartamento è immerso nel verde tra gli ulivi a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ottimo per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla e in relax. Consiglio il soggiorno in questo appartamento anche per la comodità vista la posizione strategica tra Peschici e Vieste, senza fare spostamenti troppo lunghi in auto abbiamo potuto gustare tanti luoghi nei dintorni. Abbiamo apprezzato molto lo spazio esterno, sia per gli angoli attrezzati per il relax sia per la cucina e l'area barbecue. Comoda anche la doccia esterna. Nella zona ci sono sia ristoranti che supermercati, raggiungibili a pochi minuti in macchina. Host disponibile, tempestivo nelle risposte e ci ha dato buoni consigli! Senza dubbio torneremo perché ci siamo sentiti come a casa!

Consigliato soprattutto per chi ha bimbi piccoli, ha una piccolo parco giochi e una piscina molto comoda. Posto situato a 2 minuti dal mare e 5 da Vieste. Consigliato

Casa carina con un bel affaccio sul mare. Ottima posizione per spostarsi a piedi e raggiungere il centro del paese e spiaggia vicinissima. Un'ottima soluzione per qualche giorno in relax.

Concetta's Place was the perfect little gem for our holiday. Centrally located is within 5 Min walking distance from the main pedestrian avenue, the old town and the local beaches. There is a minimarket couple roads over which is perfect to buy some extra drinks to drink in the quiet of the private garden. Loved our stay, and our toddler did too !

Di solito si scrive “tutto perfetto” per tagliare corto, ma in questo caso è l’unico modo per descrivere la casa di Antonio. Guardare la luna che si specchia sul mare, ascoltando il vento tra gli ulivi è un’esperienza unica. La casa era super pulita e tutto è nuovissimo e ben organizzato. Spazi esterni fantastici

Anna e la sua famiglia sono stati molto cordiali per tutto il soggiorno. Ho avuto un problema con la mia macchina e mi hanno aiutato a risolverlo con grande disponibilità e cortesia. Lo casa é ideale per chi vuole tranquillita e passare qualche giorno nella natura, ma anche per visitare i bei posti e paesink (molti) nelle vicinanze. Grazie per tutto!

Het verblijf van Nicola was uitmuntend. Een heerlijke locatie waar we zeker gaan terug komen. De foto’s geven precies weer hoe het is. Het is 3 minuten verder uit Mattinata dan wat airbnb laat zien maar dat is een beperking van de website. Maar wat een geweldig uitzicht. En in de maand april is het al een lekker temperatuurtje om op het terras te zitten. Ook in de nacht kun je heerlijk naar de sterren kijken als de kinderen al slapen. We hadden als gezin met twee kinderen geen moeite met de douchen waar een eerdere recensie ons voor waarschuwde. Je moet het inderdaad even goed timen. De volwassenen in de avond en de kinderen in de ochtend. Of de ene voor en de andere na het ontbijt. Nicola is bovendien erg vriendelijk en ook de collega verhuurder Manfredo. Kortom: we voelden ons er enorm thuis!

Alloggio fantastico dotato di ogni confort e curato nei dettagli. L'host è gentilissimo e disponibile. Consiglierei questo alloggio a chiunque voglia trascorrere dei giorni di relax e tranquillità fuori dalla città.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento è impeccabile sia dal punto di vista del comfort che delle dotazioni - non mancava davvero nulla anzi, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato già acqua, caffè e te. Tutto è stato pensato con cura e si percepisce la passione che i proprietari ci hanno messo nel realizzare sia gli interni che gli esterni. Basso è stato un ospite super presente ma mai invadente, pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste, disponibile e flessibile. La zona è super tranquilla, il mare è davvero a due passi mentre ristoranti e altro sono a 10 min di auto.

We had an amazing stay at Diana’s Apartment in the beginning of September! We were looking for a quiet place near the sea to calm down during our Interrail trip and that was exactly what we found. The view from the terrace was incredible and the beach almost felt like a private beach. The apartment had everything one could need. The communication with Diana and Daniel was amazing and they were super friendly and helpful and gave us tips for the area. The only downside is the public transportation and the missing supermarket in the village so we do recommend bringing your own car.

Siamo stati una settimana da Michele che é stato molto disponibile preciso e cordiale. l'appartamento aveva proprio tutto il necessario, per una vacanza sul Gargano tra le calette e la foresta Umbra è perfetto. Parcheggio, silenzio puro, la natura intorno, consiglio sia alle coppie che alle famiglie, per la posizione ci vuole la macchina ma ci vuole su tutto il Gargano.

ci siamo trovati bene, l'alloggio era a 5 minuti dal centro e a 3 minuti dalla spiaggia. non ho mai avuto bisogno dell'auto per gli spostamenti. L'host ci ha fatto stare un giorno in più perché siamo arrivati con un giorno di ritardo causa maltempo, molto disponibile.
