We had a great stay! The host was very welcoming and attentive to details – communication was clear and quick and check in was done smoothly. The place is exactly like the pictures: clean, well organized and with a nice atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The area is quiet. We felt at home and we will definitely come back with love. Massimiliano has created a real gem with this lovingly renovated farm. The furnishings are well thought out and high quality, nothing is missing. The location in the small town offers a lot of peace, but at the same time is ideally connected – highway, supermarkets, gas station and McDonald's are minutes away. We particularly appreciated the included tennis and fishing offer. A real highlight was the warm hospitality, also towards our German shepherd Lego. The fact that large dogs are not only allowed here, but really welcome, is not a given. The fully fenced property was ideal for him – and the fact that Massimiliano watched Lego jump into the pool from time to time with a smile says everything about his relaxed nature as a host. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

You don't actually want to write a review at all, as beautiful as this little pearl on Lake Garda is 😍 Again, we would like to thank Anna and her family for this wonderful stay. A family, a property, and a picture-perfect dog 😉 The property is beautiful, very spacious and simply totally quiet overlooking Lake Garda. An oasis of relaxation and calm. The dog Diago is super sweet and our children were both totally delighted with him. He never bothered or barked at any time and was absolutely sweet. The apartment is much more beautiful than in the pictures and everything you need is available. The terrace and the pool are also a dream. Conclusion: all in all, a true pearl on the edge of Lake Garda and Anna is simply the perfect host. There is not a single point of criticism, it was all absolutely perfect, especially with 2 small children. Dear Anna, Thank you so much for the wonderful time at your place ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Rosella's. We felt very comfortable in the excellently equipped apartment. The view from the large balcony is great. Especially in the heat, it was great to swim in the large pool every evening. The chill bar on the beach is also nice within walking distance. Desenzano is also within walking distance (about 3 km). We can also recommend the Japanese restaurant just around the corner. We were also in Mantua and Bergamo from the property. It is nice that this side of the lake is not so crowded with tourists. We will be happy to come back. Thank you dear Rosella and Anna for having us as your guests.

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

Spacious, peaceful, and beautiful apartment with all amenities and easy to park. Take advantage of the private patio to dine outside, read, or just relax. The neighborhood is quite peaceful and quiet and only a short walk to the center of Piacenza. Highly recommended. Thanks again to Nicola for being such a wonderful host.

Lovely place, the house is immersed in a residential area with gardens so very quiet, some mosquitoes but normal. In the house there was really everything that could be needed except the washing machine, but for a few days that's okay. You get to the lake in no time and there is everything on the lakefront. There's also a good restaurant for celiacs and you can find everything in the supermarkets. We really rested. Thank you.

We spent 4 nights at Massimo's cottage. It's a great accommodation 10 minutes' walk from the lakeside, restaurants. Ideal to find this quiet place, without the hustle and bustle of tourists. Ground floor, a nice garden, breakfast outside. All amenities are adequate, plenty of storage to settle in. A gigantic Sunday morning market. We recommend this ideal property for relaxing in the evening after visits and baths. We couldn't meet Massimo, but our communications were super responsive and effective.

Our stay at Villa Caffetto was simply fantastic. The villa is a true architectural masterpiece. Every detail is designed with so much love that you immediately feel comfortable and inspired. The combination of modern design, natural materials and the open space concept was impressive. We enjoyed every minute: whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside, relaxing by the pool or sitting together in the stylish lounge in the evening. The atmosphere was magical throughout.

We would highly recommend it! Great friendliness and kindness from Lino who took great care of us. His little dog Penny was very welcoming and affectionate. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, the high quality linens and bath towels, the provision of pool towels as well as the large covered parking. We were able to relax by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking Lake Garda. Ideally located, very close to the boat boarding dock to visit Sirmione in particular. We also recommend the Garda café for breakfast and the Mirabelle sushi restaurant with its roof top located a stone's throw away.

Alessandra is a great host! I made the reservation a few hours before entering the house, for an unexpected circumstance and the house was completely clean and tidy, ready to be used. The courtyard is special, we still appreciated the neighborhood. The area is a little special, but well connected to the center and some clubs in Lodi.

We had a very pleasant stay at Nike, the accommodation is very well located, easy to access, secure and it is a quiet place. The accommodation is very clean and you feel good there, it is tastefully and carefully decorated. The 2 terraces are very pleasant. Simona is very friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend this penthouse.

Good area. Supermarkets near the accommodation, with respect to the accommodation 100/10 nice, with air conditioning, comfortable and large. 100% recommended

Beautiful, clean apartment, which unfortunately is never taken for granted, a few steps from the station and the center. Luisa is an easy-going person who explained everything to us accurately. I'd go back.

A stay made perfect thanks to a quality host. The apartment is in very good condition, in a quiet street. Parking is easy thanks to the many parking lots nearby. Clean, functional and fully equipped apartment. Easy contact with the host. Her parents who have made the opening are extremely kind. In short, I recommend it and am the opportunity to present. Roberto is a great host and the property is excellent for short or longer stays. It is perfectly located out of the way to be quiet but just a short walk to the lake. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to visit when the pools were opened and has a great atmosphere.
