Diese Unterkunft war wirklich ein kleines Juwel – unglaublich sauber, sehr komfortabel und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns willkommen: Im Kühlschrank warteten Wasser und Prosecco, dazu gab es ein kleines Willkommensset mit Schwamm, Tüchern und Pflegeartikeln – liebevoll verpackt und durchdacht. Alles war perfekt organisiert und beschriftet, sogar die Lichtschalter waren markiert. Es gab Extras wie zusätzliche Kissen und Decken, neue Handseife, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Zahnbürsten mit Zahnpasta, Shampoo, Duschgel und hübsch gerollte Handtücher auf dem Bett – einfach nur großartig! Auch die Lage ist ein Traum: Nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum Lago di Garda, direkt vor der Tür ein tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen zu fairen Preisen, die Post mit Geldautomat in derselben Straße – alles schnell erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit guter Qualität zu kleinen Preisen.

Eugenio est l’hôte idéal ! Arrangeant, accueillant et bienveillant. Même si nous ne parlons pas la même langue, cela n’a jamais été un problème. Je suis resté plusieurs semaines dans cet appartement et tout correspondait à mes attentes. Ménage régulier, accès à des équipements de sport et proche du centre. Parfait pour un séjour professionnel. Je recommande.

Eremus is an amazing place. The location on top of the hill opens an unbeatable view towards Garda lake and a valley on the opposite side. The villa together with the garden are stunning. It was renovated with top-quality materials to every small detail. Rooms are well-designed, have plenty of space and are functional. The pool is also great. But a biggest value are people who manage the place. It was a pleasure to be a guest at Eremus and when we come back to Garda we will for sure look to stay again there.

La maison d'Eugenio est à l'image de la ville de Codogno: charmante et très bien rénovée.Elle est placée en plein centre historique et une fois la voiture garée on fait tout à pied ou a vélo. Aucune mauvaise surprise quant au logement. Tout est parfait et fidèle à la description. Un hôte très disponible, charmant et discret.

Appartamento pulito e spazioso, ragazze super carine e disponibili nonostante un mio errore iniziale, borghetto molto carino, bar per colazione e parcheggio a 10 passi e segnalo pizzeria Stardust a pochi minuti a piedi per pizza d'asporto SUPERBA!!

Tutto pulito, indicazioni chiare e posizione molto tranquilla, ottimo per un alloggio tranquillo.

We had the best stay ever, thank you! We have a one year old and it was lovely to have clean towels every day, the flat is also really close to the swimming pool and the restaurant on site is definitely a plus. The flat was well maintained and everything was really clean. We hope to be back soon!

Eugenio was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, and the property was lovely - the common area workspace and underground gym are great things to have access to. Inside the apartment, everything was spotless and comfortable, with a huge bed, well-equipped kitchen and sprawling bathroom (although no shower gel was provided, which is always a pet peeve of mine). The outdated TV has no Netflix or casting, but thankfully the WiFi is fast and reliable.
