Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Brindisi

Marina ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines Paradies außerhalb der Stadt. Man braucht ein Auto um dorthin zu kommen und gute Fahrkünste um durch die engen Straßen zu gelangen. Aber wenn man da ist, wird man mit einer exklusiven Unterkunft belohnt.

Stephan’s place was truly wonderful; a designer’s showcase with first class amenities. The decor was straight out of a magazine and super warm and cozy. The whole place looked as beautiful as the photos. The outdoor terrace was well designed as well. The kitchen was well stocked and we found a great market close by and enjoyed making dinner outside. The piazza was convenient and charming and the restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Great little gem of a town in the middle of puglia close by to explore but all were lots more touristy than corovigno. Rita was warm, welcoming and very helpful with advice. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back. Best Airbnb in a long time! Grazie mille!

Marcello was the perfect host , right from the initial booking stage . Very responsive and informative as well as super kind . Location is great , 15 minutes walk to Ostuni centre . Private parking , spacious interior as well as a lovely patio . Well equipped kitchen with every condiment imaginable! Highly recommend Marcello’s place

Nous sommes revenus un an après pour profiter d’un calme absolu, proche de la nature dans un cadre magnifique. La piscine est toujours incroyable et l’habitation très propre !

Wir haben uns in Oria bei James sehr wohl gefühlt: großartige Lage- hier kann man authentisches Italien erleben! Top Ausstattung und herrliches Bett! Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut funktioniert! Danke für alles!

La maison est très fonctionnelle, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La piscine est un véritable plus et est très appréciable et agréable. L’hôte est très agréable et réactive et de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und ruhig inmitten von Olivenhainen und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Auf ein Auto ist man angewiesen. Das Haus hatte während unserer Zeit ein paar „Kinderkrankheiten“, welche aber durch die Vermieter größtenteils direkt behoben wurden. Die Vermieter waren sehr gut erreichbar & haben schnell gehandelt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben das Kochen im Freien, den Pool und den Pizzaofen sehr genossen :) lediglich Gardinen/Verdunklungen in den Schlafzimmer hätten wir uns gewünscht. Die Umgebung ist schön und bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten!

Casa Greco is very nicely decorated, furnished and well equipped. It’s about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Ostuni. Mela was a very helpful and communicative host and responded quickly with our queries. Just one thing to note, there are quite a lot of steep steps within the property, so it might not suit everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

Nous venons de passer un superbe séjour à la Casita. La maison est très agréable, joliment décorée et contenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin ! Le terrain est magnifique et très calme et comporte du choix de mobilier de jardin pour profiter pleinement des beaux jours entouré de cette belle nature. . De plus, la jolie ville d’Ostuni est très proche. Nous tenions à remercier Pino et sa femme de nous avoir accueilli si vite en dernière minute avec nos 2 boules de poils, ainsi que pour leur chaleureux accueil, leur disponibilité rapide lorsque nous en avons eu besoin et enfin pour leurs recommandations sur les alentours.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits parfaites dans ce logement. L’accueil du couple hôte a été très chaleureux. Le monsieur parlait français, ce qui a grandement facilité les échanges. Ils ont été de bon conseil pour les visites à faire dans la région et nous ont recommandé d’excellentes adresses de restaurants. À notre arrivée, de l’eau, du lait et de quoi grignoter pour le petit-déjeuner étaient à notre disposition, une attention vraiment appréciable. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely authentic old building! We felt like locals! It’s just on the edge of the old town with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. All the wonderful bars and restaurants are so close. There is everything you need in the kitchen including a great coffee machine! The bed is huge and it’s one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! The veranda was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. Francesco was very friendly and helpful as a host. The perfect place to explore this part of Puglia!

What a fabulous place, the perfect setup for us with two bedrooms in the main house and separate double room in the trulli annexe, all with gorgeous en suites. Super clean and modern with stunning patios and the infinity pool. Barbara and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and ensure we had a good time, meeting us at check in to show us round. We were absolutely blown away with how idyllic it all was. And then, at night, when the lights came on around the garden and in the pool it created a wonderful chill space. Next time we’ll come back in the summer so we can swim at night, this time, as it was October, we had to stick to the daytime. The location was also a great base for our visits to Punta Proscuitto’s super long sandy beach, the Salina dei Monaci flamingo reserve, Lecce, Alberobello and of course beautiful Ostuni, where Barbara’s reco’s for a bar and a restaurant were spot on. It was very hard to leave. Thanks so much Barbara, it was the perfect mini-break!

Es una casita que no puede ser más romántica! En cuanto a ubicación súper bien, para recorrer los pueblitos. Es muy silencioso, privado y súper cerquita a la playa, tienes la opción de dos playas, las dos son hermosas y el mar es lindisimo. La enredadera de flores rosa a la entrada te atrapa. Tiene todo para que pases unos días increíbles, cuando llegamos olía delicioso , se veía y sentía todo muy limpio! Genial!

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in. From the decor to the host’s communication, it was a really fantastic experience! We drove into Ostuni from the south and Gaetano helped advise us on the route to take into the city to avoid the narrow old town streets. He drew his own maps and replied immediately when we had questions. He helped find a parking space, which was extremely difficult so that’s something to consider when visiting Ostuni. There is a few minute walk from the on street parking to the property. The property itself is beautiful. Interior design is clearly something Gaetano cares a great deal about. Reclaimed vintage furniture mixed with modern appliances and finishings and local ceramics and Puglian style. The space is big enough for four for a short period but a couple could stay there long term. The kitchen is well equipped, great size bathroom and small ensuite upstairs. The roof terrace is great for chilling in the sun with a drink! We would 100% stay again!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Particolare. We verbleven 2 weken in de studio. Mooie schone ruimte en alles aanwezig! Mooie, rustige omgeving vlakbij Martina Franca. Peter en Anita zijn zeer hartelijke mensen. Ze gaven ons veel tips over de omgeving. We voelden ons helmaal thuis!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Ostuni. Es war alles perfekt und Ludovica war wirklich zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns immer eine Rückmeldung gegeben. Wir haben tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir können es absolut empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

La casa si trova in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi dal centro di Ostuni, in una zona ben servita e con comodi parcheggi. L’appartamento è spazioso, arredato con gusto e offre tutti i comfort necessari. Il vero punto forte è la splendida terrazza su più livelli, perfetta per ammirare tramonti mozzafiato. Mauro e Giovanna sono host eccezionali: sempre disponibili, gentili e rapidi nelle risposte. Il soggiorno presso la loro struttura è stato davvero un piacere e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza a Ostuni.

This apartment is located in a sleepy, seaside town. With a beautiful terrace overlooking the port and the locals walking about and playing cards. The apartment was sparkling clean. Bed was comfortable, the air conditioners blow cold if you need it. The kitchen/ living are is smaller than expected and the furniture is really patio furniture. Still, would stay here again because the location is perfect.

Giuseppe nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a pris le temps de nous présenter toutes les pièces de sa résidence. Le salon comporte des guides touristiques bien utiles. La vue depuis la chambre est très belle. Le centre est accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Je vous recommande de séjourner chez Giuseppe.

Super mooie en schone Trullo, je zit heerlijk afgezonderd van de bewoonde wereld. Giuseppe was erg vriendelijk, kan dit verblijf iedereen aanraden !!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Fabulous apartment, and great location, very peaceful with everything within walking from the centre of Manduria. Dario is a great host, really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We had a couple of issues which were resolved quickly. One thing to note is that there is not private parking at the property, it is street parking. This wasn’t a big issue for us although a couple of times we did have to park in the car park near the property as there were no spaces in the road. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing little gem hidden in th town of Francovilla. It had everything we needed. The outside space was perfect and the hot tub was a lovely extra. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive to messages. Would definitely return 🥰
