Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Avellino

My son and I stayed here for the second time as we were visiting a relative who had recently been admitted into hospital. The house has a lovely feel to it and very peaceful Great mountain views too. We may come back very soon to see how our relative is doing

We traveled all day and when we arrived Nicola had supplied us with snacks and breakfast for the next day. The kitchen is stocked with all things necessary to cook meals. There is a grocery store a few doors down the street that has anything you would need and a butcher a few doors down for there. Also, a green grocer truck comes down the street most mornings offering fresh fruits and vegetables. This place is a home and you feel it from the start. Even though it is very spacious, it feels like a warm hug. The beds and beddings are comfy, the bathrooms spacious with lots of hot water, and the garden and views are breathtaking. From the huge upper patio you can see neighboring villages and the vast rolling hills. We were there in the Spring and were witness to the grapevines changing from sticks to then leafing and then we saw tiny clumps of grapes beginning to form. This is such a wonderful place; I hope many people can experience the peaceful setting and warm people of the village.

Great home! Felt right at home. It was a perfect location. Clean, close to a lot of places and very peaceful! I highly recommend staying here!

My fiancée and I had a lovely stay in Lauro. The home was as described, clean and spacious with good air conditioning in the bedroom! We particularly enjoyed morning breakfasts and evening meals on the terrace overlooking the valley. Plenty of parking out the front by the castle and an easy walk past the castle into town for supplies and restaurants. Giuseppe and his wife are very friendly hosts, greeting us on arrival and answering all our questions. On the last day they brought us cappuccinos and cornetto for breakfast from the local bakery. Would happily recommend staying here for a more peaceful time than the busy city of Napoli.

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful and scenic area - perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped, with a very comfortable bed and reclining sofa, excellent clean shower bathroom setup, and a convenient modern kitchen with many conveniences. The balcony is a lovely touch, ideal for enjoying the surroundings. Check-in was seamless and the host was friendly, responsive and helpful, as were all the neighbours I bumped into. A great choice for guests looking to unwind in a quiet, natural setting. I’d definitely recommend this property and host; I’ll be planning a return!

Bonjour, Je conseille à tous de venir à Villa Elvira, la réalité est encore mieux que les photos. Elio est une personne de grande qualité et c’est un plaisir et un honneur d’avoir séjourné pour le week-end. L’appartement et la résidence entière est un top!

L'appartement de Sergio est parfait pour découvrir la Campanie : idéalement situé pour des voyageurs ayant une voiture de location (avec un parking sécurisé), il est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. La literie est très confortable pour se reposer après les journées chargées en visites. Mais ce qui rend l'expérience inoubliable, c'est l'hôte, Sergio. Soucieux d'offrir un séjour impeccable dans les moindres détails, il est réactif, prévenant, la communication est fluide et très agréable. Sergio est toujours aux petits soins et grâce à lui, on a découvert une perle cachée à Nocera Superiore - Le Baptistère. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement et reviendrons certainement. En attendant, on ne peut que le recommander!

Für die Zeit nach unserem Aufenthalt in Neapel hatten wir etwas ruhiges, draussen auf dem Land gesucht. Und wir haben es bei Vittorio und seiner Familie gefunden: Das ausserhalb des Dorfes (75 Autominuten ab Flughafen Neapel) sehr ruhig gelegene Haus mit Aussicht befindet sich mitten in der Natur und einem wunderbaren, gepflegten und grossen Garten samt Bäumen mit allerlei Früchten (Zitrone, Mispel, Maulbeere, Granatapfel, Pflaume, etc.). Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Sogar das extern (via Bar) durch Vittorio organisierte Frühstück (Kaffee und Brioches/Croissants) war im B&B-Arrangement bereits inbegriffen! Vittorio und seine Eltern sind ausserordentlich liebenswürdige Menschen, die sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht sind: Auf Anfragen und Wünsche wird zeitnah reagiert und bei Bedarf ist auch rasch jemand zur Stelle. Als Gäste fühlten wir uns daher ausserordentlich wohl. Herzlichen Dank Dir Vittorio und Deinen Eltern für diesen „Kurzaufenthalt im Paradies“.

Ho appena trascorso con la mia compagna e la nostra cagnolina un soggiorno indimenticabile a Muro Lucano e sono entusiasta di condividere la mia esperienza presso Casa Braida Sin da subito calorosa accoglienza come a casa. Disponibilità e cortesia hanno reso il nostro soggiorno più piacevole. La comunicazione eccellente; ogni richiesta soddisfatta. La casa era perfettamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La mattina sveglia nell'accogliente appartamento, pronti per esplorare le meraviglie di Muro Lucano. La pulizia e l'ordine erano impeccabili, dettagli che fanno sempre la differenza. La posizione ideale sia per gli spostamenti sul territorio che per le escursioni a piedi. Luoghi affascinanti e storici, da vedere proprio a pochi passi dalla sistemazione. Inoltre, abbiamo potuto assaporare la cucina locale in ristoranti del posto, grazie ai consigli utili del proprietario. In sintesi, Casa Braida è assolutamente consigliata. Torneremo grazie Michele

Der Aufenthalt bei Andrea war sehr schön, es hat alles so funktioniert wie es ausgemacht war!! Es gab sogar ein gemeinsames Frühstück im Garten, immer wieder gerne 😍

We needed a place to stay one night at a good price in the middle of our road trip and this appartement was perfecto.

Casa espectacular , un poco alejada del centro y del mar , se necesita arrendar un auto si ó si......con eso estarás en una casa tipo parcela , bien moderna y con un anfitrión muy atento, amable y cordial.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Fotos. Es war und ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool ist groß und sehr gepflegt, wie die gesamte Anlage. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir sind sehr froh, dass wir hier unseren Urlaub verbringen durften. Ich kann mich all den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen!

wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund und den Rädern für 2Nächte dort. Die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in der Garage abstellen. Saverio kam persönlich zum flexiblen Check-in und zeigte uns alles. Die Lage ist super, alles da was man braucht. Der größere Supermarkt ist 800m weiter bergab. Am Dorfplatz gibt es einen Obst- und Gemüseladen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war perfekt👍🏻Danke Saverio 👍🏻

Hemos pasado una gran estancia. Giuseppe e Beata fueron muy amables, nos recibieron con un vino y dulces. La casa donde nos alojamos es muy amplia y cómoda, totalmente equipada. También tienen un jardín grande para pasar la tarde. El pueblo es tranquilo, si tienes un auto estas muy cerca del mar. Sino se puede disfrutar de pueblos cercanos y la naturaleza. Por último, tuvimos la suerte de estar justo el día de una fiesta de la gente local y tuvimos el agrado de ser invitados. Fue una linda experiencia. Gracias por todo.

20-24Agosto`24. Piso como nuevo,muy bonito y practico.Mariano nos dejo un monton de comida,cosa que nunca antes habiamos encontrado,ademas de jabones,(cuerpo/cabeza/lavadora/platos)vino,leche,embutidos,yogures.. Hay 3aires acondicionados,que se agradece en agosto.Son los unicos pisos nuevos en el barrio. lo mejor la ubicacion para moverte para la costa Amalfitana, y para ir a dormir, por lo demas,la zona no vale la pena de visitar. Super recomendable,y si nunca volvemos seguro,volveremos aqui. Muchas gracias por todo

Francesco był bardzo miły i pomocny. jego dom był wyjątkowo czysty. samochód jest bezpiecznym - można zaparkować go bezpośrednio przed domem. zaopiekowała się nami mama Francesca Etta, bardzo ciepła i serdeczna osoba. pięknie dziękujemy!

Très bon logement pour rayonner dans la région de Naples. Un grand parking sécurisé est présent dans la résidence ce qui est bien pratique. Le logement est très grand tout comme la terrasse qui offre de jolis couchés de soleil. Nous avons eu du retard a notre arrivée et cela n'a pas posé de soucis Merci ;)

Merci beaucoup à Michele pour son accueil. Le logement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Michele était présent et réactif et à nos questions. La terrasse privée de l'appartement est un vrai plus et le café à disposition très appréciable.

si tratta di una struttura immersa nel verde tranquilla ed accogliente che corrispondeva alla mia esigenza di un luogo appartato e spazioso. È a conduzione familiare e Federica e i suoi genitori sono gentili e simpatici, in particolare Enzo, il capofamiglia, appassionato di storia dell'arte ci ha fornito moltissime informazioni utili sui dintorni, ricche anche di particolari che è difficile reperire in libri o guide. io ho alloggiato con amici in una delle casette, le camere erano molto spaziose e il riscaldamento a parete molto confortevole. un grazie ulteriore per l'accoglienza che hanno riservato anche al mio cane che ha trovato il bellissimo spazio esterno molto divertente
