Monthly Rentals in Progress

We had a fantastic stay at Jacobien and Samara. Jacobien helped us out with planning activities(hiking and hot spring), while Samara took care of our meals (also a lunchbox for during the hike). We stayed in a yurt which was a little bit cold at night, but we used some hot stones wrapped in a towel to stay warm and that worked!:-) ::ask Samara in the morning for a cappucino; really nice:: Thanks!!

The house fully corresponds to the description and photos - everything is beautiful, comfortable and functional. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. Special thanks to the hostess - she was always in touch, helped with any questions and shared recommendations! I definitely recommend

The apartment was perfect for a three-day vacation in the area. It was directly across from beach access and about a four-block walk from several restaurants. Be mindful, it is on the 4th floor so if you intend to do much drinking this will be a long trip at the end of the night. The host was very helpful to make recommendations and even let us check out a little later than expected. The view is AMAZING. I could not have asked for a better location for my stay.

We spent 5 days in this wonderful house. We did not anticipate to get so many positive emotions from staying here. The amazing landscape in the yard, the noiseless neighborhood, the clean and neat rooms were really surprising. The reality exceeded all our expectations. Many thanks to the hostess for the pleasant time we had at Cholpon-Ata. We will recommend this guest house to all our friends.
