Monthly Rentals in Pritchard Island

We were a group of nine better citizens 😀. The house is on three floors, brand new, beautifully designed in a beautiful setting. Everything was well organized and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and, among other things, had arranged for scooters to be on site for us - you would expect teenagers. We felt that a piece of cloth was missing and asked Glen for a "table cloth" (the Google translation was not a good one). Glen sorted it out the same day, and two tablecloths were in the house before we knew it. We were left feeling guilty about Glen's effort. Because we didn't need a tablecloth, but a cloth to dry the dishes and glasses😂. We definitely recommend the house, the location. Of course, it is necessary to have a car, like everywhere in the USA.

We loved staying at Lilah’s place! Easy check in and flexible check out time upon request. We loved the location (close to Seward Park) and reasonable distance from Downtown Seattle. Beautiful home and would love to stay again.

Had a great stay here with our dog Sammie! For a studio it has a good amount of space and felt very homey. Lots of nice touches and upgrades. Really loved the shower space with a lovely frosted window featuring a beautiful forest scene. The deck is fantastic too. Nice and private with outdoor furniture for lounging and a great view of the trees below. The whole place gets wonderful natural sunlight in the morning. It also features a cool work-from-home space with monitors that we took advantage of. There are string lights on the deck which is awesome but we couldn't figure out how to turn them on and off. They seemed to be on a timer? I inquired about how they worked but didn't hear back so we just ended up unplugging them at night so they wouldn't affect our sleep. The well-manicured yard worked well for our little dog but I don't think it's fully fenced in on the side. If your pooch likes to run off, keep an eye on that. Wholly recommended!

Well organized, dreamy location to stay. Grateful for the experience. Well worth the price. Dom and amanda were some of the best hosts ive had. Grateful to be able to stay here for my 6 month contract.
