We had a great stay at Eti & Toni's place. They were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful, and we got many good recommendations from them to the area. The appartment was nice and clean, exactly like the photos. A great view from the spacious balcony over the pool/garden and down over the bay/sea. The pool area and garden was also very beautiful and well-kept - we enjoyed just relaxing at the pool in the shade of the parasols. The house is halfway up a pretty steep hill so we did not walk down to the town or beach. But it was easy to park down there. The area is pretty touristic, but we did find some nice restaurants, both in Rabac and in Labin (on top of the hill - definitely worth a visit). We also found some nice small bays for snorkeling - just beware of the stony beaches - water shoes are recommended! There are plenty of things to do, eg. watersports. For groceries, I recommend Labin where there are large supermarkets. I would definitely recommend staying at Eti & Toni's!

L’appartamento è una porzione di un piccolo complesso dove vivono anche host e famiglia. Si trova in una zona un po’ periferica del paese, ma si può raggiungere il mare anche a piedi. La casa ha tutto il necessario, compreso un giardino dove poter mangiare, stendere e rilassarsi. È compreso anche il parcheggio nella proprietà L’host è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La comunicazione è stata semplice, Katarina parla sia inglese che italiano

Dani ist ein super Gastgeber! Er ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann sich immer an ihn wenden und er gibt einem gute Tipps zu Ausflugszielen usw. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, geräumig und ordentlich. Es enthält alles, was man so braucht. Vom großen Balkon aus hat man einen bezaubernden Blick auf die wunderschöne, kleine Kiesbucht Cesaricas. Absolut untouristisch, ruhig und privat. Das Wasser ist glasklar... Das Meer ist quasi direkt vor der Tür, man läuft 3min. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Rundum war es ein toller Urlaub! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

This was one of our best stays so far. The accommodation is modern, practical and super clean. It is located in a quiet area. We came to stay with our dog and the apartment was just a short drive from beautiful dog beaches and 20 minutes walk from the town. The hosts live in a separate apartment within the same property, are super friendly and very helpful. Upon our arrival we were offered a local recipe cheese pie made by Alenka and later fresh figs from the garden. We felt like at home for the whole of our stay.

We had a great time in Malinska, the apartment is beautiful, everything is well equipped, a wonderful spacious terrace for relaxation... extremely clean and we would recommend everyone to come. We will certainly come in September!!!! Odlično provedeno vrijeme u Malinskoj, apartman je predivan, sve je odlično opremljeno, predivna prostrana terasa za opuštanje... iznimno čisto i svakom bi preporučili dolazak. Svakako ćemo doći i u rujnu!!!!!!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt bei Eti und Toni und konnten die Zeit von unserem Urlaub sehr genießen. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Größe und war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet sodass man auch für vier Personen problemlos kochen kann. Sehr gut war auch der große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Unsere Anreise/Ankunft war sehr flexibel. Wir wurden persönlich ganz herzlich von den Beiden begrüßt. Bei Fragen konnten wir jede Zeit auf Eti und Toni zugehen. Beide sprechen gut englisch. Ganz toll und zu erwähnen ist auch der große Pool im Garten 💦 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder☀️☀️☀️

Elvis vous répondra dans les plus brefs délais pour l'organisation de votre séjour. l'emplacement de l'appartement est au 4e d'un immeuble à 5 min en voiture du bord de mer (15 min a pied), l'endroit est plutôt calme, paisible avec vue mer, et les îles, et vue sur les collinessitué a 1 h des îles krk et 1h de Pula concernant l'appartement il est bien aménagé dans l'ensemble, bien équipé... avec une petite terrasse agréable pour le petit déjeuner et la fin de soirée l'accueil avec Marica s'est bien passé, il y a la barrière de la langue croate mais on s'est compris 😉 on aurait aimé avoir quelques prospectus sur la région pour nous aider dans nos recherches...bon on a internet mais internet ne connais pas les meilleurs endroits Certes la douche est petite mais on y arrive quand même 🚿 je conseille ce logement pour ceux qui veulent rayonner en Istrie 👍🏻 merci Elvis et marica

Die Unterkunft ist einfach, hat aber alles was man braucht. Ivana war sehr entgegenkommend beim Check-in, was uns vor einem verregneten Tag am Campingplatz rettete. Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas hellhörig, aber sehr gemütlich. Die kleine Stadt ist zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Schöne neue moderne Apartments. Grosse helle Fensterfronten und super Blick aufs Meer von unserem Appartement haben zu einem sehr tollen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön und topmodern ausgestattet und waren blitzsauber bei unserer Ankunft. Die Wohnung sowie die Anlage sind absolut neuwertig und sehr grosszügig gestaltet. Parkplätze für jede Wohnung sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Ebenfalls gehört eine E-Ladestation, sowie eine schöne Garten- Pool Aussenanlage dazu. Den Pool haben wir leider noch nicht benutzt, auf Grund der Jahreszeit stellen uns das aber im Sommer sehr schön vor mit den Liegeflächen rund um den Pool. Die Wohnung liegt abseits der Hauptstrasse und der Strand und die Altstadt liegen in Gehdistanz ( ca. 10 min ). Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Trotz dass sie nicht vor Ort sind, wird bei Problemen durch die örtlichen Mitarbeiter schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen u. wir können es nur empfehln

Wir möchten uns für die tolle Gastfreundschaft bedanken, wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es war eine sehr schöne erholsame Zeit und freuen uns aufs nächste Mal. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße!!!

Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub! Die Villa Fani ist wirklich absolut empfehlenswert. Moderne Einrichtung mit viel Komfort kombiniert mit dem Charme eines alten Steinhauses. Unsere Highlights waren definitiv die Sonnenterrasse mit Whirlpool und die Feuerstelle auf der unteren Terrasse. Wer seine Ruhe sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig. Nina und ihre Familie sind super gastfreundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns wirklich rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist fein und gemütlich – äußerst sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kleine Küchennische mit allen Essentials. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der wunderschöne Garten und der herrliche Pool, die zum Entspannen einladen. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, ideal zum Abschalten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben uns unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, sind aber jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Klare Empfehlung – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Renato ( e la sua famiglia ) sono stati fantastici con noi: cortesia, sorrisi, disponibilità, attenzioni . L’alloggio è come in foto, era pulitissimo ed accogliente . Il tavolo all’esterno è stato molto utilizzato. L’appartamento era fresco ed i letti comodi . Zona perfetta per spostarsi a piedi in centro o alle spiagge. Grazie!

We rented the house for two nights, Arsen welcomed us with lit fire in the fireplace as well as outside in the barbecue. The house is new, fully equipped and cozy. It was perfect for 8 adults. Everything you need for a great stay with family or friends is there (from available appliances to barbecue place to huge space outside of the house). Arsen is very friendly, warm and helpful, a true superhost. Thank you Arsen for your hospitality, we will be back!

A Hidden Gem! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it! The location is perfect – secluded and private, yet within walking distance to the city. The nearby beaches are stunning and easily accessible. The place itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The bed feels like a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep every time. The cleanliness of the entire space is top-notch, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. His hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely keep coming back to this apartment. It's a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

Rundherum alles Perfekt, absolut schönes Steinhaus mit moderner und geschmackvoller Ausstattung, direkt im Zentrum aber trotzdem in ruhiger Lage ! Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super! Wir waren für 2 Wochen dort zu 4 mit Kind & Hund & haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung war sauber & entsprach den Bildern. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam & standen uns immer zur Hilfe. Der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool ist ein Traum - wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen & würden definitiv wiederkommen :-)

This was such a beautifully renovated home and a great central spot for exploring. Very clean. The most comfortable bed we’ve had in an Airbnb. Feels even bigger than the pictures and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The host, Renata is lovely and so kind, making us feel quickly at home. We loved our stay here and would absolutely come back!

We had a great time in Novi Vinodolski. Ljiljana and her son Bruno gave us all useful information about our stay in Novi, especially where to park our cars. The house was very nice, had a soul and the view from the roof terrace was breathtaking. The garden was charming, we used the grill all the time. Also, the Jacuzzi was convenient in the evening. The only thing we would recommend to the owners is refreshing some kitchen utensils and the gardens chairs, some are in bad conditions. For Wi-Fi,​ they offer a 4G router with some pre-paid SIM cards. We tried a few but all were empty. We didn't mind, we just used our data plans. If we have the chance we will come back next year.

Wir hatten für eine Familienfeier alle 4 Appartements gebucht. Sehr praktisch, wenn einzelne separate Unterkünfte gesucht werden. Die Appartements grenzen direkt aneinander, auch die Terrasse wird mit 1 m Abstand genutzt und nur durch ein Sonnenrolle abgetrennt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön, es ist an alles gedacht. Für das Frühstück ist reichhaltig Ware im Kühlschrank hinterlegt (Eier, Käse, Wurst, Milch, Joghurt, Butter, Marmelade). Auch Kaffee und Tee ist da. Lediglich das Toastbrot haben wir gerne gegen frisches Gebäck vom Bäcker um die Ecke unberührt gelassen. Liegestuhl ist vorhanden und der Strand in 2 Minute problemlos zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
